Sophie Piper is best known for her appearance on the hit reality series, Love Island and on Love Island: All-Stars. Since then, her following on social media has grown. Piper recently shared a set of photos on Instagram. In them, she is seen wearing a yellow swimsuit top and skirt. Piper captioned the post, “Bronzed with a dash of red.”
She Stays Hydrated
Piper shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with heatworld. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated. "I’ve got in the habit of always having lemon and water when I wake up. I’ve heard lots of things about it and it’s meant to be good for you. Along with that, I love the Free Soul greens powder that you mix into water because I always feel like I get my veg in. I was definitely influenced by @EmTheNutritionist on Instagram."
She Doesn’t Use Harsh Skin Care Products
Piper shared some of her skincare secrets with heatworld. She says that she avoids products that are harsh on her skin. "Luckily throughout my life, my skin’s been good. I mean, obviously, everyone gets the occasional flare-up. I do have eczema as well, so that does sometimes come up on my face. That's why I don’t like using anything too harsh on my face.”
She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized
Piper makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. She shared her favorite moisturizer with heatworld. "Probably a go-to product that I would recommend to anyone and that’s actually not expensive as well is Weleda Skin Food. It’s such a good moisturiser. You can get a light one and a thick one, I always use the thick one. It honestly keeps my face moisturised throughout the whole day and just feels fresh, it smells fresh, and it’s my favourite! I use it every day. but a lot of the girls in the villa were using it before doing their makeup specifically, but I was literally using it morning and night. Weleda Skin Food is the best product to get your money’s worth 100%."
She Swims
Piper likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She included photos of herself swimming and snorkeling in the Maldives in this Instagram post. Piper captioned it, “Island life.” According to The Cleveland Clinic, swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”
She’s Authentic
Piper talked about what she’s learned from appearing on TV with heatworld. She says that authenticity is extremely important to her. "I think, obviously going on the show the second time around, all you get told by your friends and family and your support system is ‘just be yourself.’ And I think that’s all you can be. Like, the first time I did it, I was a bit more in myself and I didn’t maybe speak up in certain situations where I could have, and didn’t really back myself. But, I think, going into it like at my age now and wanting people to see how I am now, just being yourself is the most important thing, and if anyone’s got anything bad to say about it, then just let them hate, you know?"
