‘Love Island’ Star Sophie Piper is "Bronzed With a Dash of Red" in Stunning New Images

Learn how she stays hydrated, moisturized, and in shape.

Sophie Piper is best known for her appearance on the hit reality series, Love Island and on Love Island: All-Stars. Since then, her following on social media has grown. Piper recently shared a set of photos on Instagram. In them, she is seen wearing a yellow swimsuit top and skirt. Piper captioned the post, “Bronzed with a dash of red.”

She Stays Hydrated

Piper shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with heatworld. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated. "I’ve got in the habit of always having lemon and water when I wake up. I’ve heard lots of things about it and it’s meant to be good for you. Along with that, I love the Free Soul greens powder that you mix into water because I always feel like I get my veg in. I was definitely influenced by @EmTheNutritionist on Instagram."

She Doesn’t Use Harsh Skin Care Products

Piper shared some of her skincare secrets with heatworld. She says that she avoids products that are harsh on her skin. "Luckily throughout my life, my skin’s been good. I mean, obviously, everyone gets the occasional flare-up. I do have eczema as well, so that does sometimes come up on my face. That's why I don’t like using anything too harsh on my face.”

She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Piper makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. She shared her favorite moisturizer with heatworld. "Probably a go-to product that I would recommend to anyone and that’s actually not expensive as well is Weleda Skin Food. It’s such a good moisturiser. You can get a light one and a thick one, I always use the thick one. It honestly keeps my face moisturised throughout the whole day and just feels fresh, it smells fresh, and it’s my favourite! I use it every day. but a lot of the girls in the villa were using it before doing their makeup specifically, but I was literally using it morning and night. Weleda Skin Food is the best product to get your money’s worth 100%."

She Swims

Piper likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She included photos of herself swimming and snorkeling in the Maldives in this Instagram post. Piper captioned it, “Island life.” According to The Cleveland Clinic, swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She’s Authentic

Piper talked about what she’s learned from appearing on TV with heatworld. She says that authenticity is extremely important to her. "I think, obviously going on the show the second time around, all you get told by your friends and family and your support system is ‘just be yourself.’ And I think that’s all you can be. Like, the first time I did it, I was a bit more in myself and I didn’t maybe speak up in certain situations where I could have, and didn’t really back myself. But, I think, going into it like at my age now and wanting people to see how I am now, just being yourself is the most important thing, and if anyone’s got anything bad to say about it, then just let them hate, you know?"

Nina Dobrev, star of the Netflix hit Love Hard, was with boyfriend Shaun White at the Olympic games, cheering on the legend—but on social media, she was underwater, swimming with sharks. Dobrev was just one of many celebs who shared photos of themselves from tropical locales—in her case, on a tour with One Ocean Diving, in a throwback photo. We also spotted Ashanti in paradise, Dua Lipa and Chantel Jeffries in Miami, and many more. How do they all stay so fit while keeping so busy? Read on to see all the ways these celebrities stay in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Nina Dobrev

nina-dobrev-1Nina Dobrev/Instagram

When it comes to her diet, Dobrev says that she has changed her outlook on eating in recent years. “I used to eat three full meals and then I would not be able to move after each meal,” she told Shape. “I would be so full and tired. Now, I eat all the time but portion control is what’s important for me—I’m eating more in total but not more at a time.” "A portion is the amount of food you put on your plate, while a serving is an exact amount of food. To get a better handle on what you're eating, you could carry around measuring cups. Or you could use everyday objects as reminders of appropriate serving sizes, which is what the Mayo Clinic Diet recommends," says the Mayo Clinic. "Many foods match up to everyday objects. For example, a medium pepper is about the size of a baseball and equals one vegetable serving. While not all foods match visual cues, this method can help you become better at gauging serving sizes and practicing portion control."

2. Ananya Panday

Actress Ananya Panday wore a tight yellow dress to advertise her latest film, Gehraiyaan, on Amazon Prime video on Instagram—and also shared a trailer from the movie. In addition to being an actress, Panday has also launched her own fitness program. 3. Luisa Collins

Luisa Collins enjoyed a drink in a jacuzzi this week, and she broke out her leopard print swimsuit to do so. When it comes to losing weight, Collins told the Daily Star that she likes to take supplements to prevent her from snacking too much. “When I take a Forza Raspberry Ketone in the morning and afternoon, my snacking habits are being curbed. They are like willpower in pill form. I feel more energized and taking the capsules has not really affected my lifestyle at all.”

4. Ashanti

Singer Ashanti wore a floral bikini and posed poolside on Instagram this week. In 2019, while promoting her film Stuck, she revealed to People that she made a lot of changes to her diet. “I cut out a lot of meat,” she said. “I think again, self-health and self-awareness are so important. All of that stuff is so important to maintaining your body, knowing what’s in your food, the GMO’s and the chemicals, and I’m super aware of this stuff.”

5. Brooke Burke

Brooke Burke advertised her workout program on Instagram this week, and she posted several stunning photos, showing off her toned body. 6. Dua Lipa

Singer Dua Lipa took a trip to Miami this week with her friends, model Sarah Lysander, and talent manager Bashir Arab-Sanchez. She posted several stunning poolside photos on her Instagram story. Lipa is also kicking off her “Future Nostalgia” tour, but she says that she still makes time to workout while she’s on the road and traveling. “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning,” she told The Urban List. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”

8. Sommer Ray

Fitness influencer Sommer Ray posted a gorgeous photo on Instagram of herself in a red bikini. Ray tells Life&Style magazine that she believes a healthy diet is the most important part of losing weight and staying in shape. "Diet is key. Diet plays a huge role in fitness. A lot of people go to the gym, work out really hard, then don't follow up with a good lifestyle. You can't expect a flower to grow without any water. Work out, but also take care of yourself.” Ray even has her own app where people can put in what they eat each day, and it will calculate the food’s nutritional value.

9. Teddi Mellencamp

After spending time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Mellencamp revealed on Instagram that she had gained some weight and had slipped up on her diet. However, now that she’s home, Mellencamp says that she is making a healthy diet and lifestyle a main priority, but is not doing so to lose the weight she gained. “IT’S NOT ABOUT A NUMBER ON THE SCALE BUT HOW I FEEL WHEN I AM EATING CLEAN AND TAKING CARE OF MY BODY AND MIND - MY ANXIETY DECREASES,” she wrote. “TODAY I AM POSTING TO HOLD MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE TO MAKING MY OVERALL HEALTH A PRIORITY AGAIN. *even those of us who are “fitness influencers” go through different stages in our journeys.”

10. Alessandra Ambrosio

alessandra-ambrosio-1Alessandra Ambrosio/Instagram

Despite being a swimsuit model, Ambrosio tells Elle that she isn’t afraid to indulge once in a while. She says that she prioritizes a balanced diet rather than a restrictive one. “Obviously I try not to splurge on pasta, but if I'm back in Brazil where everything is pasta- or bread-based—and so yummy—I'll eat whatever I want, then go back to lots of salads and chicken or fish with veg as soon as I'm back in L.A."

11. Eugenie Bouchard

Tennis star Eugenie Bouchard enjoyed a trip to Miami this week, and one of the things she did while she was there was spend time on a boat. Outer Banks star Madison Bailey has never been more confident in her own skin, and it shows. Bailey, who plays Kiara "Kie" Carrera on the show, shared a picture of herself wearing a black Tommy Hilfiger bikini and shorts, posing on a dock next to the ocean. “Red hot @tommyhilfiger summer,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Bailey’s style has evolved, and what’s next for the actress.

1. Low-Key Beauty

Bailey says her role on Outer Banks inspired a different approach to beauty. "I wear a lot less makeup than I did before the show," she says. "That definitely changed the way I view makeup. I'm more into a natural, glowy look versus a full face. It made me more comfortable in my own skin. I feel a lot more naturally beautiful than I ever have."

2. Dreaming of Cher

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,26:,Cher,Arrives,For,Carol,Burnett:Shutterstock

Bailey is passionate about any female-driven storylines. “Honestly, my dream role would be if they remade Burlesque. Me and Cher, oh my God,” she says. “At the end of my career, I want the list of things I haven’t done to be very small. I like so many different movies myself. I am a watcher of many genres, whether it’s Burlesque or if they did a modern black-and-white spy movie…I hope people can watch one movie that I’m in and cry and watch one movie that I’m in and laugh and then be terrified — I want to tell all of the stories.”

3. Skincare Style

Bailey is a proud face of Fenty Beauty. “My skin is usually pretty in the middle—not too oily or too dry,” she says. “For the most part, my skin stays clear, but if I’m breaking out, it’s typically either from traveling or it’s that time of the month. I usually gotta up my skincare routine when I’m traveling and always make sure to bring a variety of products with me. In general, my skin priorities are having an even tone and keeping my skin hydrated. I feel like that’s the key.”

4. Social Media Star

Madsion.BaileyMadison Bailey/Instagram

Bailey has a huge following on social media, which she says is a double-edged sword. “The best part is I feel like I can interact with people at any moment,” she says. “The other day I got on Live just to talk to people and let them get to know me more. I plan on being solely an actress and I feel like that’s my platform for people to get to know who I am in my private life. I don’t mind getting personal. I’m an open book 90 percent of the time. I’d say the worst part about the following is the other 10 percent of that time, when I want privacy. It brings me a lot of anxiety at random times.”

5. SPF Every Day

Bailey’s skincare regimen is simple yet effective. “My skincare routine has definitely evolved since I started getting into it—lots of trial and error,” she says. “I’d say one of my biggest mistakes was using harsh exfoliants and using them too often. Now, I use way gentler products overall. Another thing is that I, like a lot of other people, underestimated the importance of applying sunscreen daily. I do [apply it daily] now.”

It really helps to give me focus and provides a boost of natural endorphins.”

8. Charlotte Crosby

Geordie Shore star, Charlotte Crosby, enjoyed a pool day this week, and she wore a strapless brown one piece there. Crosby opened up about her wellness secrets in an interview with NowToLove. She revealed that she isn’t afraid to have some “cheat days”, once in a while, and that they help her stick to her healthy lifestyle. “You don't have to be stupidly disciplined. It's about having a balance of everything. It's important to allow yourself a cheat day or two, otherwise you have more chance of quitting altogether. It's good to have that one day where you eat what you want, because then you work towards it.”

I find that I’m more limber after a session with her.”

4. Laverne Cox

Laverne Cox says that her fitness regime is more about having fun and being comfortable, rather than losing weight. "I'm not overachieving in fitness at the moment," Cox tells InStyle. "I'm doing it, it's not as high-level, but I like where I'm at with it now. It's fun, it's medicinal, and I'm not being hard on myself. You would just do 12-15 reps.”

6. Rebel Wilson

Rebel Wilson says that she is all about self-care and self-love. One of the ways she does so is giving herself breaks, and lightening her schedule. “I’m trying to have much more of a balance,” she says to Bustle. “I used to be go-go-go 24/7, and so I’ve come to that realization that you can’t just do movies and stuff back to back all the time and work 20 hours a day. It’s not a healthy thing.”

7. Olivia Culpo

The former Miss Universe and fashion icon Olivia Culpo is known for her incredible figure, and she works hard to keep herself in shape. Culpo says that she tries to stay active everyday, no matter how busy she gets. "I try to stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I'm consistent and I don't wake up one day and realize it's been two weeks and I haven't worked out."

Emily Elizabeth is heating up Hawaii – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model and influencer shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece while on the beaches of the tropical paradise. “Hawaii >> 🌺🌈,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Simply Beautiful ❤️🏖❤,” commented one of her followers. “🔥😍perfect,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Hydration

Emily prioritizes hydration. Not only does she drink water, but also electrolyte enhanced fruit. “Fresh coconut,” she captioned a photo from Bora Bora. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Coffee

Emily enjoys the perks of caffeine. Here she is drinking a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Snowboarding

While you can usually find Emily in the tropics, sometimes she heads over to the mountains for winter sports. In one of her photos she goes snowboarding. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

Snorkeling

While on vacation Emily throws on a mask and fin and goes snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Walking

She also takes her dog for walks. Here she is strolling in Central Park with her pooch. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

She Is Consistent

If you want to improve your Olympics lifts, Emma suggests maintaining consistency. “Be consistent in your training, it’s vital you continually train all the lifts, not just the ones you like. I used to hate the full snatch and always power snatched everything. Recently though its become the opposite, I love full snatch and need to focus again on my power snatch. Always attack your weaknesses,” she told Boxrox.

Focus on Mobility

When it comes to improving gymnastic skills, Emma says to focus on mobility. “Sometimes is not just learning the skill, it’s having the mobility to be able to do it. I have struggled with handstand walks for over a year now and have practised more than people realise, but recently found out it’s my thoracic and shoulder mobility holding me back. So I have worked on my mobility and I’ve already seen improvements in my handstand walks. I’d also say people need to work the basics more, develop a strong foundation to build the high level movements on,” Emma told Boxrox.

Hydration

Drinking enough water and getting rest is an important component of health. “Eat healthy, drink plenty of water and sleep well is a good recipe for success,” she told Coach Web. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Meal Prep

While Emma doesn’t meal prep, she has her food prepared for her. “All my food is supplied from a local company called Fuel Farm. I usually eat 4-5 times a day. Just depends what my training volume is like that day, I also live on Battle Oats bars between sessions, a great snack that keeps me going and doesn’t fill me up,” she says.

Balanced Diet

Emma maintains a balanced diet. “I personally think a lot of athletes in CrossFit under eat. Avoiding carbs or limiting them isn’t a good idea when you train at high intensity. I eat some junk everyday because I find it helps my performance, a 6 pack isn’t going to help me win so it doesn’t bother me, fuelling my body and maintaining the intensity in training is what will help me win. I’ve focused on timing my intake of sugar and it’s only made me better,” she told Boxrox.

Krissy Cela is a fitness trainer on the Evolve You app and influencer. Recently, she has been documenting her process of losing pregnancy weight on Instagram. In a recent post, Cela revealed that she had been consistently weight training. She captioned it, “8 weeks of lifting, not depriving, recovering and sticking to an actual PLAN! Not doing random workouts. All my programs are on the @evolveyou app. I'm currently on the strong program and absolutely loving it! But there are home workouts too. Use code KRISSY for money off! (own brand).”

She Strength Trains

Cela strength trains to keep herself in shape. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She’s Consistent

Cela revealed in the caption of her Instagram post that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness. “So yeah… just keep lifting some heavy iron, don’t really listen to people who tell you not to unless you have an injury of some sort. Eat your fats, carbs and protein and get your steps in. Keep it simple and remember a cute gym set will make you lift heavier 😂Proud of myself because it really wasn’t easy showing up daily ngl.”

She Accepts Herself

Cela talked about her journey to accept herself in the caption of this Instagram post. “When I was growing up, all I ever wanted was to be pretty. I hated the way I looked and felt out of place, especially as the only girl in school with upper lip hair and a foreign background. I resented that my Albanian parents imposed cultural norms that limited what I could wear and how I could express myself. Now, in my 30s, I’ve learned to embrace my roots while also appreciating the many unique qualities I bring to the table that go beyond mere appearances. I didn’t realize how much being creative, strong, and loving would mean to me. I didn’t understand the true value of these qualities until now.”

She Works Her Lower Body

Cela shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “This mammaaa is putting in the work! Loving it so much moving my body and building my strength all over again 💅🏽All workout programs are from the @evolveyou app so if you’re stuck on where to start I really think you should just come and join the party and see what the fuss is all about. Another thing that Cela does to keep herself in shape is go for walks. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself doing so. Cela shared this set of photos of herself hiking with her dog and partner. She captioned the post, “Postpartum walks! Taking it easy and feeling good!
