Chloe Burrows is flashing her flat abs – in a crop top. In a new social media post the Love Island beauty shows off her flat abs in workout clothes. “Chill gal vibes today,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image of herself throwing up a peace sign. How does the reality star approach diet and exercise? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.


1. Healthy Eating

Chloe maintains a healthy diet. She detailed everything she eats in a day in one of her YouTube videos. “I eat the same thing all the time,” she says. She starts the day with oatmeal with fruit and honey. For lunch she has salmon and rice. She also snacks on fiber packed protein bars, eating one in the middle of the day and one after dinner, which is usually curry. She also explains that she loves cooking and prepares her meals herself.

2. Hydration

Chloe understands the importance of hydration. “I try to drink a big bottle a day, maybe more because I am going to the gym,” she said in her video. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

3. Smoothies

Chloe relies on drinking protein packed smoothies to get her nutrients. "This is my favorite smoothie ever to make," she revealed in another video. "Take your cup, put in frozen cherries." Then add "almond vanilla milk … It's bloody brilliant. So you put that in and you want it to cover the fruit. Some people put water in. And we put in some honey." Finally, she adds protein powder. “Smoothie operator,” she captioned an image of herself with a green smoothie.

4. Fitspirational Partners

What does Chloe look for in a man? Fitspiration. "I like a good build. I go to the gym. I want someone who is funny. Really funny and caring and will do nice little things for you. And then obviously someone who you can depend on to not ditch you. Because I am quite a big character and quite loud, they would have to be as loud, if not more,” she revealed on Love Island when asked about her ideal man.

5. Exercise

Chloe spends a lot of time exercising. She does mostly strength and weight training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
