Genny Shawcross is a successful travel influencer and reality star. She’s known for appearing on the third season of Love Island and Netflix’s Mix/Match. These appearances have given her a large following on Instagram. Genny shares a lot of bikini posts on her page. Recently, she enjoyed a beach day and shared some selfies of herself in a black bikini. How does she keep her bikini body in shape? Here are 4 of her secrets.

She Stretches

Genny shares a lot of her go-to workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is stretch. Genny shared this video of herself doing an impressive split in the gym. She captioned the post, “Split with me.” According to The Mayo Clinic, stretching has a lot of benefits. “Research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints.”

She Swims

As you can see from her Instagram post, Genny loves going to the beach. Naturally, swimming is one of the things she does to keep herself in shape. Genny shares a lot of posts of herself spending time in the water. She shared this set of photos of herself going snorkeling with the sharks in Oahu. Genny captioned the post, “It’s their world, I’m just swimming in it.” Genny also shared these photos of herself getting out of the water and onto a boat in Greece.

She Rides Jet Skis

Swimming isn’t the only thing that Genny does when she goes to the beach. She also likes to get her adrenaline going by riding jet skis. While on a trip to the Maldives, she made sure to ride the waves. Genny shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on a jet ski in the ocean. She captioned them, “Save a horse…ride a jet ski.”

She Hikes

Genny spends a lot of time outside. One thing she does to keep herself in shape is going on hikes. Genny shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself in Hawaii. In the first photo, she’s seen hiking up a mountain trail. Genny captioned the post, “Postcards from Oahu.” According to research from Harvard Medical School, hiking has a lot of health benefits. “Navigating a winding, wooded trail can help your body build endurance, strength, and coordination, says Dr. Edward Phillips, assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School.”
