She Works Out On A Regular Basis
Grace shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with Capital FM. “I just gym twice a week,” she says. “I’ve had a personal trainer for quite a while so I feel like that has given me more confidence in the gym. And I just eat what makes me feel good and probably train 2-3 times a week and just glutes and legs.”
She’s All About Self-Care
Grace is all about making time for herself. She shared some of her go-to self-care practices with heatworld. “I’m a Virgo, so I’m a proper clean freak! If I’m ever feeling stressed out, I will clean and it’s so therapeutic to me. I also go to the gym, I train quite a lot. That’s ultimate self-care to me because it’s just so good for my mental health as well as my physical body. I also love walks, exercise and juices on a self-care day.”
She Loves Sea Moss
One of Grace’s wellness secrets? Eating sea moss. “I have sea moss every day and I literally rave about it,” she told heatworld. “It’s changed my life life because I had a lot of intolerances and I used to really suffer from bad skin and eczema just going through stress in my life. Off the back of that, I got lots of intolerances because my body was so run down. Whilst changing my whole diet because I couldn’t eat so many things, I introduced sea moss into my diet and it basically healed my whole gut, it cleared my acne, cleaned my eczema, and my hair and nails were in better quality.”
She Loves Avocado
Grace makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of the typical meals she makes for herself in this video on her YouTube channel. For lunch, Grace is seen making a side of mashed avocado to go with her chicken sausages. According to The Cleveland Clinic, avocados have a lot of benefits. “Avocados include vitamins C, E, K1, B6 and folate, plus essential minerals like potassium and copper. They’re low in sugar, loaded with fiber and high in monosaturated fats, aka ‘good’ fats.”
She Loves Broccoli
Grace also loves eating broccoli. In her YouTube video, she is seen preparing a side of longstalk broccoli for dinner. The Cleveland Clinic reports that broccoli has a lot of health benefits. “Both human and lab studies suggest compounds in broccoli may help lower blood sugar in people with Type 2 diabetes. This effect may be due to the antioxidants in broccoli, like vitamin C. Research shows that fiber can also help with blood sugar management. At 2.5 grams of fiber per cup, broccoli is a good source of this nutrient.”
