Jess Harding is vacationing in her bikini.. In a new social media post, the Love Island bombshell flaunts her famous figure in a skimpy swimsuit. “Detox & picture holidays,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach health and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about her diet and fitness habits.
Baths
Jess is a big advocate of soaking in a tub and often shares bath photos via social media. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Diet and Exercise
Jess attributes her bombshell body to diet and exercise. While on the show, she admitted to gaining weight because she strayed from her routine. “I put weight on when I was in the villa,” she said in an Instagram Q&A. We were just eating and not moving around, just sitting in the sun.” According to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, adults should aim for 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity.
Non-Surgical Treatments
Jess openly discusses the treatments she has gotten over the years, including a non-surgical tummy tuck. She shared a video of a belt and machine wrapped around her stomach on TikTok. She also shared before-and-after photos. She owns Candy Aesthetics, offering fat dissolving treatments including fillers, Botox, and Brazilian butt lifts. “Considering it’s my job I don’t actually have a lot done,” she told OK. “I think a lot of practitioners do have their whole face jabbed, but I do stick to the natural look. I’ve had a little bit of Botox,” she admitted. She also copped to having “just a bit of cheek and chin filler and lips,” during the Q&A. “I had my lips done, since I was 18 I had such little lips, but it started off getting a little bit in my cheeks, just because it gives off that nice contour, it just gives a structure to the face.”
Self-Love
Jess promotes self-love. She even launched a size-inclusive clothing collection, In The Style X Jess Harding. “I literally can’t even tell you how much this means to me, not just because it’s an amazing opportunity but because it’s a dream to be able to create a collection that all you girls can look beautiful in no matter what shape or size,” she wrote in a post.
Swimming
Jess swims in oceans and pools. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
