Love Island's Kaz Crossley In Bikini Says "Wellness, But Make It Luxury"

The reality star shared some highlights from her Muay Thai retreat

Kaz Crossley won all our hearts onย Love Island and it's spinoff, Love Island All-Stars. She then went on to win back-to-back seasons ofย The Challenge.ย Kaz currently hosts her own Muay Thai retreats, called Combat Collective. Kaz shared some highlights from a retreat in Sri Panwa on Instagram, and she included some gorgeous bikini photos in the post. She also included an action shot of herself sparring in the gym. Kaz captioned the post, "Wellness, but make it luxury ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ @sripanwa has to be one of the greatest places on earth ๐ŸŒ"

She Practices Muay Thai

Naturally, Muay Thai is the main thing that keeps Kaz in shape. She talked about the impact it has on her life in the caption of this Instagram post. "Muay Thai has changed my life and brought me my amazing communityย @combat.collective ๐Ÿซถ๐ŸผThe most rewarding feeling is introducing women to a sport that heals, strengthens, and pushes you past your limits. I'm still discovering how strong I am every single day. That's why it's soooo much more than just a sport โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน๐Ÿฅน"

She Doesn't Stress About Her Diet

Kaz talked about her diet in an interview with MailOnline. She says that she has learned to not stress about it too much. "I've definitely had issues when it's come to body confidence," Kaz admitted. "My weight has fluctuated in the past. As soon as I realised that I shouldn't be putting my body through hell, I made sure I didn't watch what I ate too much. Being really strict with my diet makes me unhappy."

She Stretches

Kaz shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. In it, she revealed that she makes sure to stretch each day, and shared her go-to positions. "I stretch mostly my legs and back each morning to start off the day: Backbends, forward fold, forward fold in straddle, lunges, downward dog."

She Moisturizes Her Skin Before Applying Makeup

Kaz has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Women Fitness that she makes sure her skin is taken care of before she applies makeup. "Always make sure you moisturise before any makeup," she says. "The skin needs to be prepped. Cleanse, toner, and moisturise. That will make the most flawless base and makeup will last much longer!"

She Eats A Lot Of Protein

Kaz makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She tells Women Fitness that this means eating a lot of protein, and shared some of her go-to choices. "I love eating boiled eggs as a snack. After that, I love to keep it clean with a chicken salad. I eat clean. I love eating at my vegan restaurant at the top of my road where I normally get a salad and quinoa with vegetable curry."
