Lola Deluca is heating things up in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the Love Island star shows off her incredibly fit figure, driving her followers wild. She shared the image via Instagram. “Pretty 😍,” commented one of her followers. “Unreal 😍🔥,” added another. “Beautiful as always 😍😍😍,” a third chimed in. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. No Fake Tanning
Lola issued a PSA about tanning beds. "I thought I would just give you guys my last update on my mole situation. I had a phone call on Friday, for them to give me my results, and they basically said it was one stage away from being melanoma, which is skin cancer,” she said on TikTok. "The woman said, 'you were very lucky that you got it checked when you did'. I just had a gut feeling, You know your body and you know when something isn't right. I've now to go back and have more removed, just to make sure that it's all fully out - all the tissue. She said one that's done it's a 99 percent chance it's gone and won't come back so it's a bit scary really,” she continued. "I'm not going to use a sunbed now ever again, it's going to have to be fake tan from now on. Your health comes first before anything and they're so dangerous."
2. Coffee
Lola is a coffee drinker. “Coffee datin ☕️,” she captioned a post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
3. Hiking
In a TikTok clip highlighting her travels, she shared a photo of herself in a green onesie hiking on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
4. Swimming
@loladelucaa Nothing but pure happiness ✨🫶🏻 @Emily Doyle
Lola loves swimming. “Nothing but pure happiness,” she captioned a TikTok of her and her friend jumping into the waves. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
5. Fillers
Lola is open about her fillers. “TW needles 💉 I had 0.4ml put back in my lips after having them dissolved by the best! 💗 @heartaestheticsltd I honestly can’t believe my lips were that big before they took over half my face😱,” she wrote about the TikTok clip. “I also have pigmentation around my lips after dissolving them does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of it? It looks like I have a moustache😂!”
