Love Island’s Millie Grace Court in Bikini Enjoys Outdoor Shower

Millie Grace Court is white hot in her bikini. In a new social media post the Love Island beauty shows off her flawless figure in a strapless top and matching bottoms, modeling some of her latest jewelry designs. “It’s a @saith.jewellery summer 🌺💍🌊🥥🌴🍹,” she captioned the series of snaps. How does the reality star approach diet and fitness? Here are her top health habits.
No Crash Diets
After appearing on Love Island, Millie ended up gaining weight and was trolled by her followers. “[In] the weeks leading up to Love Island, I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful, slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable while doing it,” she said in a post. “I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them.”
Embracing Her Body
Self-love is a key talking point of Millie’s. “We’re all different shapes and sizes, each size perfect in our own way. But please don’t get stuck to the beauty standard of ‘perfection’,” she wrote in the same post. “Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything that creates you as a person.”
Baths
Baths are part of Millie’s self-care routine. “Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned this Instagram snap. Why should you consider soaking in hot water? Not only have hot baths been linked to better sleep, but they have also been found helpful in minimizing anxiety and depression. A recent study even suggests that they may offer cardiovascular benefits.
Cheat Meals
Millie eats healthy most of the time, but allows herself cheat meals. She loves to feast on burgers. “Last stop in LA,” she captioned this photo of herself standing outside of SoCal’s famous In-N-Out Burger.
Take a Hike
Millie also stays in shape by hiking. “Obligatory Hollywood sign pic wearing all @puma,” she captioned this snap from one of her excursions. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving balance, enhancing heart health, and reducing the risk of specific respiratory issues. It also offers numerous mental health benefits, according to a study by Stanford University.
