Paige Thorne is heating up the United States – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the Love Island star steams up South Florida, showing off her amazing body in exercise clothes. "First stop on my little American road trip Miami πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ," she captioned the Instagram post. "Looking fabulous babe 😍😍😍😍❀️," commented one of her followers. "Stunning πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯," added another. "Body Prep" for the Villa

During an episode of Text on the Beach Paige told Cosmopolitan UK that she hired a personal trainer before entering the Love Island villa. "Well, I started off really well," she said when asked if she felt any "pressure" to body prep. "I was like 'right I'll get a PT, I'll get in shape' and I started that about two months beforehand." However, it didn't go as well as she hoped. "And then the closer I got to the villa, I gave up all hope. I tried. The thought process was there."

"Punisher" Workouts

Paige revealed on TikTok that she gives herself a "punisher day" of exercise when she slacks. She explained that she had been in Cannes for a few days and slacked, walking just "1,000 steps in the past four days," which left her feeling "horrific." So, she decided to amp up her workouts. "I'm about to do a punisher day of two hours' worth of cardio," she said. "Do I want to? No. Am I in the mood? No. Can I be bothered? No."

Horseback Riding

Paige enjoys riding horses. "Blissful era ✨🌊," she captioned a photo of herself ridingi nt he ocean. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Standup Paddle Boarding

Paige enjoys standup paddleboarding when she is on vacation. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Paige is a coffee drinker. "Gloss and starbies are essentials 🫦," she captioned one of her Instagram posts, holding a cup from Starbucks. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
