Love Island’s Tasha Ghouri Stuns In Bikinis, Enjoys Italian Vacation

The reality star enjoyed time at the beach and delicious pasta dishes.

Tasha Ghouri has become one of Love Island’s biggest stars. She first appeared on the series 8 in 2022, and finished in fourth place. Tasha was a fan-favorite and used her platform to advocate for the deaf community. Last year, she competed on Strictly Come Dancing with partner Aljaž Škorjanec, placing second. Currently, Tasha is on a trip to Italy, and has shared a bunch of posts on Instagram. In a recent post, she wore a bunch of different bikinis, enjoyed cocktails, pasta, and a boat ride. She Embraces Herself

Tasha has a cochlear implant, and she embraces it, and wants others to do the same. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Embracing my cochlear implant with pride, letting it shine brighter than ever!! To anyone with a disability, let’s keep showing up as our full, authentic selves. We’re unstoppable, worthy, and our voices are powerful no matter how big or small. 🤍”

She Rides Horses

One thing Tasha does to keep herself in shape is ride horses. She shared these photos and videos of herself going riding in the desert on Instagram. Tasha captioned the post, “Bebe has my whole heart 🤎 ” According to The American Heart Association, riding has a lot of health benefits. “Horseback riding can be good aerobic exercise. Maintaining good posture in the saddle may ignite your core muscles.”

She Works Hard In The Gym

Tasha works with trainer, Joshua Kempton, to keep herself fit and to help with her diet. He tells Women’s Health that she is super dedicated to her wellness routine. “Tasha’s goals were to get stronger and be the best version of herself both physically and mentally. She’s got strong mobility and a disciplined mindset to progress with training.” Joshua also says that Tasha is unafraid to tackle topics she struggles or is unfamiliar with. He cited nutrition as an example. “She struggled with it, but she was eager to learn, and she always adhered to my tips.”

She Doesn’t Pressure Herself

When it comes to her diet and exercise routine, Tasha doesn’t like to pressure herself to stick to a routine. “I’ll be honest, I have put a bit of weight on since Love Island,” she says to The Sun, as reported by Birmingham Live. “But I like eating, I like takeaways, I like having desserts and I want to embrace that. I have a love hate relationship with the gym, sometimes I go and I feel good but I don’t pressure myself to go all the time. I go when I feel like it and I think that’s the relationship with the gym should be – go when you feel like it. There is no question having to be this perfect body shape – be what makes you happy.”

She Does Mountain Climbers

In this video from her Instagram page, Tasha is seen doing mountain climbers. This exercise is super effective. According to Gymless, “Mountain climbers are an explosive compound bodyweight exercise that targets the full body, especially the arms, shoulders, core, and quads. This exercise has a cardio component to it which will develop your muscular endurance as it requires you to begin in a plank position, and alternate between bringing one knee to the chest, and back out.”
