You look so beautiful with your bikini,” says another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Avocado

Aimee tackles beauty from the inside out. She walked Glamour through her skin care routine revealing that the key ingredient in her beauty routine is actually food. “Well, I swear by avocado. It's excellent for your hair and skin, so I eat one daily,” she said.

2. Strength Training

Aimee enjoys strength training. “I work out every day or at least I try to. I believe that exercise preserves youth more than anything else,” Aimee told Glamour. “Sometimes if I'm at home watching TV I do weight-lifting moves with cans during commercials. It really is that easy! Trust me, if you do that and throw in squats and a couple of push-ups during commercial breaks you will see a change in your body.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

• Develop strong bones

• Manage your weight

• Enhance your quality of life

• Manage chronic conditions

• Sharpen your thinking skills

3. Dancing

Garcia shares lots of dance videos on social media. Why should you dance? Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

4. Do Yoga

Aimee also does yoga, she told Filler Magazine. Harvard Health endorses yoga as a great workout. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

5. Hydration

Aimee drinks “tons of water,” she told Filler. Hydration is important for a variety of reasons, says Mayo Clinic. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

6. Sleep

How else does Aimee stay gorgeous? “Sleep!” she told Filler. “Your skin rejuvenates when you sleep so it's the best pick-me-up activity …. Especially when you have to be at work at 4 A.M." The Sleep Foundation maintains that getting enough z’s is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Ariella Nyssa in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Our Bodies Are Important"

Ariella Nyssa is sharing an important message with her followers. In a new social media post, the influencer shows off her gorgeous body while trying to get an important point across. “These are the reasons I think it’s OKAY to comment on someone else’s weight ……” she says in the video, staring blankly to insinuate there is no reason you should ever comment on someone’s weight. “I can still remember all of the times that someone close to me or even a stranger has commented on my weight. For some reason, it really stuck with me,” she continues in the caption. “I remember when one of my friends told me they think I have cankles. I remember when a friend told me to stop eating because they were just “looking out” for me. I remember when I got my first comment on social media telling me to go to the gym. I remember a boy not liking me back and telling people it was because I was chubby. These are things that are always going to stick with us. Words have depth. They hurt. So I urge you to never comment on anyone else’s weight or body. And if someone has said something to you that has stuck around, let’s let it all go together. These words are meaningless. Our bodies are important. They are way more then the words people try to place on them,” she says. Here is everything you need to know about her approach to health, fitness, and self-love.
