Supermodel Bella Hadid was born from good stock—her mom is a former model and her siblings are models—but that doesn’t mean she was born healthy. She has to work for it. The payoff is clear in her recent Instagram photo, in which, hair braided under a bandana, she poses in a bikini and a sarong, sitting on some stony steps. Read on to see 5 ways Bella Hadid stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Keeps Her Fridge Organized And Full of Healthy Foods

Hadid Instagrammed a photo of the inside of her fridge a few years back. "If anyone wants me to shop and organize their refrigerators I work mornings," the supermodel captioned the photo. Inside was the inspiration for your next grocery shopping list: Justin’s almond butter, 365 cashew butter, Siggi’s yogurts, Stumptown coffee, BluePrint juices, Harmless coconut water, kombucha, raspberries and other berries, celery sticks, carrots and hummus.

2. She Tries to Feel Good Year Round

Hadad has worked with nutritionist Charles Passler on her meal planning. Regarding his work with celebrities, “my goal is to help them be able to maintain that actual body composition 365 days a year so that they’re not scrambling at the 11th hour to be sure that they are going to fit into a dress or fit into a bikini,” Passler told People. For Hadid: “It’s adequate protein, adequate fat, and lots and lots and lots of nonstarchy vegetables,” said Passler. “That is typically the most bulletproof, easiest, soundproof way to make sure that somebody stays on track.”

3. She Eats an Early Dinner

Whether it’s because she had early family dinners or for health reasons, Hadid doesn’t like a big late night meal. “All of my friends are like, ‘What do you mean, 7? Let’s go at 10.’ Ten is my bedtime,” she told Harper’s. "The goal is to finish eating dinner, and any dessert, at least 2-3 hours before bed," Sydney Greene, MS, RD, from Greene Health tells Eat This, Not That!. "For most [people], with hectic workdays, this is not entirely realistic so set a non-negotiable 1 hour before bed that is food-free. Research shows that those who go 2-3 hours without eating before bed have a decreased cancer risk, insulin resistance, and inflammation."

4. She Goes Hard During Workouts

“I train and I work out hard for two hours — I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming, it’s amazing, but if I’m going to go for it, I’m going to go hard,” Hadid said in an E! News interview. "For decades, competitive athletes have added brief bouts of strenuous exercise to their workouts to boost their performance. Known as interval training, this practice is now moving into the mainstream, bolstered by emerging evidence of its health benefits for all sorts of people, including those with heart disease," reports Harvard Health.

5. Here’s a Sample Workout She Has Done

What's your daily workout? "When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions. I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun," she told Vogue France. To sculpt her curves: "Definitely boxing. But also Body Ballet, I've only tried it out once but I can see the long term results amongst my friends." For washboard abs: "Nothing other than boxing and a series of targeted ab workouts."

Red Carpet - Platino Awards 2017Carlos Alvarez/Getty Images

Palmiero is an avid dancer and has posted several videos on Instagram of herself busting a move. She even does dance inspired workouts, usually with the company Endorfin Dance. Dancing isn’t just a great way to get moving, it’s also good for your mental health. According to WebMD, “Dance is an effective type of exercise that raises your heart rate and works your muscles. Exercise can help with symptoms of depression and anxiety by releasing certain chemicals in your brain. It also provides a way to escape repetitive negative thoughts and worries. These are thoughts that run through your mind over and over.”

4. She Hits The Beach

Palmiero is a big fan of going to the beach to get her daily dose of Vitamin D. She has posted several photos of herself on Instagram enjoying a beach day.

5. She Loves Veggies

Palmiero is a big fan of eating vegetables, and cooking with them. She has shared several recipes with her followers on Instagram, one of which contains cooked cherry tomatoes with oil. Tomatoes are a great veggie to incorporate into your diet: they are "underrated powerhouses when it comes to nutritional benefits, and they don't get the superfood status they've surely earned," says our sister site Eat This, Not That!. "One of the reasons why we're such big fans of tomatoes is because eating them can result in one major side effect you can't really get by eating any other popular foods: fending off cellular-damaging free radicals thanks to tomatoes' high levels of lycopene, a powerful antioxidant."

Heidi Klum is having the time of her life on vacation in beautiful Italy with boyfriend Tom Kaulitz. Klum, 50, shared pictures of herself piloting a motorboat while wearing a black bathing suit, hat, and sunglasses, with a big smile on her face. In another snap Kaulitz takes over the wheel while Klum relaxes and soaks up the sun and scenery. “Vacanza romantico ❤️🇮🇹,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Klum stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Morning Routine

"La Passion De Dodin Bouffant" Red Carpet - The 76th Annual Cannes Film FestivalLionel Hahn/Getty Images

Klum starts the day with coffee and running on the treadmill. “I wake up at 6am,” she says. “I make breakfast for my four kids, do the school run, then start work at my home, office or studio. The first thing that passes my lips is coffee. The sweet nectar of the gods. My exercise routine is all over the place. My life does not allow for a routine! So I run on my treadmill at home.”

2. What’s In Her Fridge?

amfAR Gala Cannes 2023 - ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

Klum’s go-to foods are kohlrabi and smoothies. “My fridge is always filled with kohlrabi,” she says. “It's yummy - raw or cooked. You just peel and eat it. I have a fresh smoothie every morning and take Perfectil Skin, Hair, Nails supplements for a boost. The last treatment I had was a body scrub at Beverly Hot Springs. It's the best one I've ever had. They get off all your dead skin, I love it!”

3. Bikini Season All Year

Klum’s mindset is to keep in shape year-round. “I pretend it's bikini season all year and regularly make healthy decisions,” she says. “My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City...it's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going. That and knowing there is a Starbucks coffee at the end of the route!”

4. Activity Every Day

Klum doesn’t rely on structured workouts to get her daily exercise in. “I like to try and incorporate exercise into my daily life whenever I can—which requires some creativity,” she says. “Sometimes I jump on the trampoline with my kids or take a hike with my dogs in the canyon by my house. Sometimes I run for 30 minutes on my treadmill, but I prefer to be outdoors. When I'm traveling, it could be doing a few sit-ups in my hotel room before I head to work.”

5. No Dieting, Lots of Fresh Food

Klum has made it clear over the years she never diets—instead, the whole family focused on healthy balance. “There is no go-to,” she says. “Every day we cook something different; we cook fresh everyday so it's hard to say a go-to when you cook for a family - you know I have four kids. Like, Mondays I'll have meatballs with pasta and vegetables - there's always a vegetable - or we have fish with green beans and mashed potatoes and then we have schnitzel with broccoli and spaghetti squash. Every day is something different. It's not like salad and a piece of chicken every day - my kids would really not appreciate that.”

Toni Breidinger is no stranger to pushing limits, whether she’s dominating the racetrack or powering through an intense workout. The NASCAR driver and social media star isn’t just about speed—she’s also serious about strength, endurance, and staying mentally sharp. In her latest update, Breidinger gave fans a glimpse of her exercise routine, proving that her fitness game is just as strong as her driving skills. From explosive box jumps to tracking her progress with fitness apps, she follows a well-rounded approach to training that keeps her in peak condition. But it’s not just about the physical—her mindset plays a huge role in her success. Here’s a look at the habits that keep her at the top of her game.

She Doesn’t Let Pressure Get To Her

Breidinger tells Marin Living that she doesn’t let the pressures of racing get to her, and that this has helped with her career. “I don’t really feel added pressure, more like a sense of responsibility to pave the way so other minorities have better opportunity to come up through motor sports,” she says on how she feels about her groundbreaking status. “I take a lot of pride to be able to represent in NASCAR and it’s amazing how much support I’ve received from Arab girls and women.”

She’s Motivated

Breidinger is extremely motivated when it comes to her career. She talked about where this comes from to The Modems. “I am very ambitious and stubborn so I feel like I naturally keep myself motivated to reach my goals, but I also have my bad days where motivation is just a struggle. I’m lucky because the people I surround myself with are always there to lift me up and keep me on a positive mindset.”

She’s Positive

Breidinger is a big believer in having a positive mindset. She tells The Modems that this is one of the reasons for her success. “I’ve gotten so much good career advice over the years but the best one was, ‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’. I always knew a positive mindset was important but I never really applied it to my life until this year and it really has changed my life for the better. It sounds cliché but I swear by it.”

She Tracks Her Fitness

Shawn Johnson is doing a “couples challenge” with her husband Andrew East. In a new social media post the gymnast shows off her super fit figure while dancing with her man as part of a challenge, sparking conversation amongst her followers. “If my husband and I could even do half of that, I’m certain the other half would result in me breaking my neck,” one joked. “Crushed it,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Protein

Omelette with toast and jelly

“My go-to breakfast would be an egg white omelet, toast with Smucker’s strawberry jam, and green tea,” she told The New Potato. Shawn fuels her body up with protein before and after her workouts. “Before my workouts I usually drink a protein smoothie with a piece of fruit,” she said. “After my workouts I eat anything from a PB&J to grilled chicken.” According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Cycling

Bellevue,,Washington,/,Usa,-,December,4,2019:,"soulcycle",SignsSoulCycleShutterstock

Shawn mixes up her workout. One in particular she is a fan of? Cycling. “I love SoulCycle,” she told The New Potato. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is excellent for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Stretching

Shawn understands the importance of stretching. “I stretch every part of my body before tumbling in the gym, beginning with a simple cat stretch. Before running I always stretch my hamstrings so that I won’t cramp up while running long distances,” she says. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

Dancing

In her recent post, Shawn shows off her dance moves. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Gymnastics

Shawn has spent the majority of her life as a gymnast. “Gymnastics literally uses every muscle you have,” she told the publication. According to Pinnacle Gymnastics, there are physical and mental benefits of gymnastics. Physical benefits include flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. “These skills improve bone health and delay the development of high blood pressure,” they say.
