Here are her lifestyle habits.

Isabela Merced is taking in the beauty of the West Indies – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Madame Web star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying the Four Seasons Nevis. "Yes I took these and no these aren't stock images," she captioned the series of Instagram photos, adding to the resort, "thank you for this paradise." How does the actress approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

She Dances

While she was never good at sports, she was "very coordinated," which is why she loves to dance, Isbaela told Teen Vogue. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Acting Is Her Therapy

"Actor me is just a canvas," she told Teen Vogue. "Anyone gets to put whatever paint they want on it, and I'll follow along. It is [also] my therapy, like it was from the day I started, when we had the fire."

She Does Pilates

Isabela enjoys physical activity as a way to decompress. One of her go-to workouts is Pilates. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

She Prioritizes Mental Health

Isabela prioritizes her mental health and avoids panic attacks by limiting her yearly schedule to two projects.

She Does Yoga

Isabela once suffered an eye injury from yoga. "I was in this yoga class and the instructor was really hot. And he said 'Do a headstand,' and I said, 'I will for you.' And so I did one. But it was right after a long flight." She ended up poping a blood vessel, she revealed to Wired.
