Madelaine Petsch In Bikini “Does My Own Stunts”

The actress shared a video of herself leaning out of a car on Instagram.

Madelaine Petsch is best known for playing Cheryl Blossom on Riverdale. And she seemingly channeled that character in a recent Instagram video. In it, Madelaine held her head outside of a car, while driving through downtown. She wore a red bikini top, matching her iconic hair. Madelaine set the reel to Addison Rae’s hit song, “Diet Pepsi.” She captioned the post, “I do my own stunts.” How does Madelaine Petsch look so good? She Goes To Therapy

Taking care of her mental health is extremely important to Madelaine. “I always make time for my weekly therapy session,” she says to WhoWhatWear. “No matter how busy I am and 10 to 15 minutes of meditation first thing in the morning, even if I’m going to work at 5 a.m. It’s such an important way to start my day. So I guess overall just making sure I actually set aside time to check in with myself.”

She Works With A Trainer

Madelaine makes sure to work out on a regular basis. She tells WhoWhatWear that she loves doing sessions with a personal trainer. “I work out probably six days a week with my trainer LA Thoma Gustin. She’s incredible and really kicks my butt. I definitely love when we do circuit days because they always seem to go by way faster. She’s great at keeping my workouts interesting.”

She’s Vegan

Madelaine opened up about her diet in an interview with People Magazine. She has adopted a vegan diet. “I’ve been plant-based my whole life. Being vegan keeps my body fueled and running smoothly.” Madelaine isn’t that far off. According to research from Harvard Medical School, a vegan diet can be very beneficial. “Plant-based diets offer all the necessary protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals for optimal health, and are often higher in fiber and phytonutrients.”

She Loves Overnight Oats

Madelaine broke down her diet to People Magazine. She says that she eats pretty healthily, and has a favorite breakfast option. “I eat [overnight oats] everyday!” The Mayo Clinic says that oat and oat products have a lot of health benefits. “Oats contain a type of soluble fiber called beta-glucan, which lowers blood glucose and cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Beta-glucan also promotes healthy gut bacteria and intestinal health.”

She Loves Baths

Madelaine is all about self-care, and its essential with her busy schedule. She shared one of her favorite ways to unwind in her WhoWhatWear interview. “I love taking a bath with some bath salts, candles, and tea and memorizing my lines for the next day in the tub or bringing a good book with me to fully unwind for the day.”
