Manisha Rani is shaping up and enjoying it. In a new social media post the social media influencer and Bigg Boss star shows off her fit figure in exercise clothes while at the gym. "Loving the process 🏋️," she captioned the Instagram post.  How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jet Skiing

Manisha loves jet skiing. "Habibi Come to Dubai ☝️🫣 If you want to do Jetcar ,jetski & parasail go & Dm," she captioned a post of herself engaging in the fun water sport. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Dancing

Manisha is a dancer. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Coffee

Manisha starts her mornings with a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Yoga

In her Instagram Stories tab dedicated to exercise, Manisha strikes a yoga post. According to the American Osteopathic Association, there are more than 100 different types, or schools, of yoga. Most practices include breathing exercises, meditation, and assuming postures (sometimes called asana or poses) that stretch and flex various muscle groups."The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome," Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California, explained to them. "Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia."
