Maren Morris In Bikini Announces “Dreamsicle” Tour Dates

The country songstress is touring the states this summer.

Maren Morris released the perfect summer album, calledΒ Dreamsicle,Β and she’s about to hit the road. Maren recently posted her summer tour dates on Instagram, and she looked amazing in the photo. In it, she sat in a lounge chair sunbathing, and wore a silver bikini. Her amazing abs were on display. She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Maren makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness routine, even when she’s on tour. She shared some of her diet and exercise secrets in an interview with Women’s Health. In it, Maren shared her favorite healthy breakfast that she makes while on the road. β€œI just make three egg whites, a piece of whole wheat toast, and some blueberries-and coffee, always.”

She Works With A Trainer

One way Maren keeps herself in shape is doing sessions with a personal trainer. She revealed to Women’s Health that these sessions are extremely affective. β€œI’d always worked out really intermittently and done yoga and hot yoga but had never really used a trainer before, and I really wanted to get toned,” she says. β€œI didn’t necessarily want to lose weight, I wanted to feel strong, so I definitely do feel strong now, which is nice.”

She Uses SPF

Maren has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. One thing she does is use an SPF each day. Maren shared one of her favorite brands with E! News. β€œI was in Australia for vacation last week, and I love going to Sephoras in different countries because they carry different brands that we don’t have in the States, and I found this brand called Airyday. They make all of these sunscreens that are in these tubes. It’s the perfect amount of real skin looking glow, like slight tinted coverage, but not too much, and it’s just light and doesn’t break you out.”

She Does Sumo Squats

Maren’s trainer, Erin Opera, shared some of the singer’s favorite workouts with E! News. In it, she revealed that she has Maren do a specific routine of sumo squats. β€œWe’ve been playing a fun sumo squat game that I love. It is a sumo squat and you do 10 tiny jumps staying low. You hold for 10 seconds in the down position. Then you do nine tiny downs and you hold low for 10 seconds. Then you do eight jumps and hold low for 10 seconds.”

She Doesn’t Do Crash Diets

When it comes to Maren’s diet, Erin encourages her to take things slow. β€œJust be in the moment and with time, it will all come off if you stay consistent,” she told E! News. β€œYou can do all these crash things and get it off that way or you can do a slow, steady pace. I always say slow and steady wins the race. If you do it slowly, you’re not going to feel deprived.”
