She's bringing sexy back! In her latest workout video, Jessica Biel shows how she gets her killer abs. After she's done with the medicine ball, Biel does sit-ups, but only does a few in the video, because her husband, Justin Timberlake, interrupts her workout, something he loves to do. He pretends to put his foot on her stomach and she laughs. She looks at the camera and says, "That was my man."

4. She Eats A Lot of Fruits and Veggies

Biel is very mindful of what she eats and consumes lean proteins, whole foods, and fruits and vegetables. She posted a delicious salad she made with apricots, cucumber, tomato, sunflower seeds. mozzarella balls, basil, and brown rice.

5. She Has Cheat Days

Biel typically sticks to a well-balanced and clean diet, but she does allow herself to indulge. “A big cheat day in my world is very full on," she told InStyle. "When I’m going for it, I’m going for it. I’m going to have a million cups of coffee in the morning and then it’s going to be wine for lunch, pasta for lunch. There’s going to be another aperitif after lunch and a dessert and then probably more coffee." It doesn't end there. “And then a dinner that’s going to last for a million hours that’s just pasta, pasta, pasta, maybe an affogato, maybe another pasta. A lot of wine. More after-dinner drinks. Just really go for it,” she said.

1. She Does Strength Training

Lori is a fan of strength training. “I usually try to switch it up and do more cardio some days and more strength training on others,” the Pretty Little Thing ambassador revealed in an interview with their blog. Her typical workout starts with a five minute warmup, followed by a few circuits of strength training, “either lower or upper body depending on what day it is and I always finish with ab work,” she said.

2. Her Kitchen Is Stocked with Healthy Eats

She also told Pretty Little Thing that incorporate Pilates into her workout rotation. “We had the booty band on the entire time,” she told Bustle in an interview, conducted right after one of her classes. “I just feel muscles working that I didn’t even know I had, but that is what I’m really into right now.”)

Lori was a competitive equestrian for many years and still enjoys riding. “It’s very freeing. My mind constantly is going at a million things 24/7; it’s hard for me to shut my brain down. When I’m on a horse, literally that is all I’m thinking about: me in that moment and me and that horse. You have to be very in tune to the horse and what’s going on, and picking up on them and the environment, and making sure there’s not anything around that could maybe spook them or scare them,” she told Bustle. “I did show jumping, so I’m paying attention to my distance from the jumps and the setup, and is [the horse] positioned right? So many things go into it, but it’s a very freeing experience.”

January Jones is sweating away in the sun this summer…in her swimsuit! The Mad Men star flaunts her gorgeous body in a polka dot swimsuit via her latest social media post. “102• RIP my grass,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the 44-year-old maintain her fit physique? Read on to see 5 ways January Jones stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Does Pilates

Pilates is January’s go-to workout. "Two or three years ago I started doing barre classes, and after that I took regular private Pilates lessons. Then a friend told me about Lagree Pilates," she told Shape in February 2020. "I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle. I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked."

2. She Also Does Yoga

January also loves to do yoga. She trains with Kirschen, a private yoga instructor based in Los Angeles, and regularly shares photos of their sessions together. “Whether you’re a couch potato or a professional athlete, size and fitness levels do not matter because there are modifications for every yoga pose and beginner classes in every style,” explains Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California to the American Osteopathic Association. “The idea is to explore your limits, not strive for some pretzel-like perfection. It is a great way to get in tune with your body and your inner self.”

3. She Loves Group Fitness

Group,Of,F???,People,Doing,Pilates,Exercises,With,Chair,,Barrel,Shutterstock

January is all about exercise classes because “music is good” and the routine changes so “it doesn’t get boring.” She added to Shape: “I like having women on both sides of me to push me. When I did the private Pilates lessons a couple of years ago, I just saw myself getting lazy with it because there wasn’t that drive for competition. For me, that’s what’s motivating. If there’s someone strong next to me, I definitely want to up my game. I find myself looking forward to it more than I’ve ever looked forward to a workout.”

4. Her Diet Is Healthy, Organic, and Balanced

FARFETCH Beauty Launch PartyStefanie Keenan/Getty Images

“I don’t deprive myself of anything. If I want something—steak, a bagel—I’ll eat it. There’s no diet or strict set of rules,” she dished to Shape about how she eats. “I don’t get hungry until around 10 a.m., but since I usually do Lagree at 9:30, I’ll make myself eat a banana beforehand so I don’t get too shaky. Then I have a MacroBar afterward and eat lunch around 11:30—usually salad, soup, or a sandwich,” she revealed. She also loves to cook and might make salmon with french fries or pasta for herself and son, Xander. “We try to have lots of green veggies,” she added. One way she gets her greens in? “Last winter, I started drinking celery juice every day, and I’ve seen amazing results in my energy, digestion, and skin and how I sleep. I have that in the morning, then I take my vitamins and drink coffee.” She also eats organic. “No antibiotics or hormones in meats is really important to me, and so is eating sustainable fish. I don’t want to be that annoying person in the restaurant who’s like, ‘Where’s this fish from?’ But I do it anyway.”

5. She Does Cardio Barre

NET-A-PORTER and Laquan Smith Host An Intimate Dinner In Los Angeles To Kick Off Oscars WeekendStefanie Keenan/Getty Images

January told InStyle that she likes Cardio Barre, a combination of traditional barre moves with non-stop movements. “I feel better. I feel stronger. It’s muscle, obviously. I gained weight, but I feel tighter and more energetic, and exercising is legit,” she explained.

Jana Kramer has been working hard to get into the best shape of her life, and it shows! The actress and country singer shared a mirror selfie this week, flaunting her rock hard body in a two-piece swimsuit. How does the mother-of-two keep herself so incredibly fit? She recently revealed some of her diet and workout secrets. Read on to see 5 ways Jana Kramer stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Worked “Hard” For Her Body

In the new Instagram post, Jana explains that it isn’t a “thirst trap” photo, or an “I want attention post” or a “post to make you compare your body to mine,” but is more about her feeling proud of her body. “Because when I look at this photo, I see strength. If I’m honest, I lost a little too much weight after my divorce, and I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy the number I saw. But that’s an unhealthy way to look at it. It should never be about the number. It should be about how you feel,” she explained. “I have been actively becoming strong again for me. I look at this pic now and I’m proud of myself for the hard work and commitment to loving myself. This body made two beautiful humans. I’m proud of my body." She mentioned feeling even better after her breast augmentation and promoted Natrelle Breast Augmentation.

2. She Works Out with a Trainer

Jana does a lot of cardio on her own in her home gym, but works out with Nashville based personal trainer-to-the-stars Erin Oprea as well. In a recent Instagram story, she revealed that they pretty much follow Oprea’s Pretty Muscles app workouts. “I work out with Erin two times a week,” she explained. The duo do “a ton of squats, sumo squats, lunges.”

3. Running Helped Her “Lean Out”

Oprea also got Jana into running. “I hated running and now I love it,” she confessed. “It’s helped me lean out.”

4. She Is Proud of Her Body

Jana’s go to diet rule? “I personally think everything in moderation,” she revealed. “I had a chocolate chip cookie last night. I will eat another one tonight. I don’t think you should deprive yourself of anything. I think, eat when you are hungry. But all-around diet is how I do it.”

5. Exercise Boosts Her Mental Health

“Still not feeling 100 percent,” Jana explained earlier this year in an Instagram story video. “But I'm still going to run it out, sweat it out." She once explained to Us Weekly that the mental health benefits of exercise are a motivating factor. “Working out for me is my sanity…Even just going for a walk, that is a place where I come back and I'm like, 'I feel good, I feel balanced. Working out is 100% how I stay level."

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”
