Here are her lifestyle habits.

Mary Bonnet is looking fit in February. In a new social media post the Selling Sunset star shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with her friends. "Everyone needs some sun in February," she wrote in the caption. "It was a magical weekend with my mama and sissy! We had such an amazing girls trip and some R & R." How does the reality star-slash-realtor maintain her fabulous physique? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

In a recent TikTok video Mary gushed about her NordicTrack rowing machine, calling it a "must have" in her fitness routine. "I love this machine so much and have never experienced anything like it," she says, adding that it is "hands down" her "favorite" piece of fitness equipment. According to AFPA Fitness, a rowing machine exercises your upper body as well as your lower body. "The rowing stroke when using an indoor rower is composed of 65-75% leg work and 25-35% upper body work," they say.

Morning Workouts

Mary is "not normally a morning person," but during her pre-show "health kick" she set her alarm earlier than usual so she could sweat first thing in the morning, she told the New York Post.

Focusing on "Whole Health" Wellness

Mary has a holistic approach to health. "I feel like I haven't really been taking care of my whole health and everything. I've just been working too much, so I'm really focused on it," she told the New York Post.

Yoga and Pilates

"I'm really focused on [my health],"Mary told Naluda. Some other go-to workouts? "Hot yoga and pilates a few times a week." Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mary gets her steps in by climbing stairs when she is showing houses. "I also am on the go and showing homes all day, so I get a significant amount of 'stair time' [in]," she told Naulda.

Balanced Diet

When it comes to diet, Mary maintains balance. "I love all veggies and eat them everyday… raw, sauteed, grilled, steamed, etc." she told Naluda. What is her favorite cheat food? "CANDY! I love candy of all kinds, but my favorite is sour candy like Sour Patch Kids and sour gummy worms," she told Naluda.
