She Does Cardio

In an interview with Shape, Blige opened up about her diet and exercise routine. "My main exercise is cardio," Blige says. "The treadmill is fine, but running outdoors gives me the best results. I try to log six to eight miles a week. I could be in the worst mood, but when I do my cardio I feel much, much better."

She Doesn't Drink

Blige revealed in her Shape interview that she has given up alcohol. "Others may be able to drink and have a great time, but it doesn't work for me at this point," she explained. "I haven't had a drink in a year and three months. I had quit for a long time but started again about five years ago. I'm off it completely once more, and now I feel stronger than ever."

She's Started Prioritizing Skincare

Blige has amazing skin. However, she revealed in an interview with New Beauty that skincare has become a recent priority. "I had to grow into it," she says. "I didn't care about my skin, I didn't care about anything. I evolved into this after I kept getting chance after chance and my life began to be more important to me, so everything else became important to me and it just came with growth."

She's Comfortable With Her Body

In an interview with SELF, Blige talked about her wellness secrets. She says that she has fround a level of comfort in her body after a while. "My body image and self esteem is at a pretty good place. I've grown to be comfortable with what I have, and what I have is all I'm gonna get, is me. You know, my long legs, my waist, whatever it is I have it and use the things in the world to make it better if need be."

She Works With A Trainer

Blige makes sure to work out regularly. She also makes sure to workout her entire body. "I have a trainer, I train four times a week," she revealed to SELF. "It's full body. Sometimes I'll tell them, 'okay well let's concentrate on the legs, well let's concentrate on the arms, or let's go hard on the abs.' So, it's whatever I choose, whatever body parts I want it to be."
