Massy Arias Shares Workout Moves to "Begin Your Transformation"

Massy Arias, fitness expert, shares the benefits of yoga, weightlifting and core exercises.

Massy Arias flashes her gorgeous smile.
Massy Arias/Instagram

Massy Arias is a fitness expert and influencer. She advertised her coaching program in a recent Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing yoga poses and exercises with weights. Arias captioned the video, “You know I will take you there. This January 6th with me as your coach we begin your transformation.”

She Does Yoga

Arias is seen doing yoga poses in her Instagram video. Yoga doesn’t just have physical benefits, but mental ones. Harvard Health reports, “All exercise can boost your mood by lowering levels of stress hormones, increasing the production of feel-good chemicals known as endorphins, and bringing more oxygenated blood to your brain. But yoga may have additional benefits. It can affect mood by elevating levels of a brain chemical called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which is associated with better mood and decreased anxiety. Meditation also reduces activity in the limbic system — the part of the brain dedicated to emotions. As your emotional reactivity diminishes, you have a more tempered response when faced with stressful situations.”

She Lifts Weights

Massy Arias is seen lifting weights.

Arias is also seen lifting weights in her Instagram video. Lifting weights has a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness reports, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Works Her Core

Arias does a lot of core exercises to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. Arias captioned it, “In this workout we are targeting foundational core strength, muscular endurance, and core strength/activation. The workout will leave you feeling amazing, mobile, and building real strength using your body weight all at home. The workout: there are 9 movements broken down into three circuits of three movements. You will perform each movement back to back with little to no rest in between (resting as needed to recover enough to do the circuit). You will perform all sets and move to the next circuit after each is completed.”

She Jumps Rope

Arias likes to jump rope to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself jumping rope. Arias captioned the post, “12 years ago I chose a method considered 1.5 times more effective than counseling or medications for managing depression and anxiety. Today, I still apply it every day, and better yet, I teach it. If you are watching this today, this is your sign to take power into your own hands and move for your mental health.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

Arias shared this gym video on Instagram. In it, she and a friend are seen running on the treadmills. According to Healthy Talbot, using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

Massy Arias is jazzing up her workout routine. In a new social media post the celebrity trainer and influencer reveals her hack for overcoming boredom with exercise. “So you’re bored and unmotivated? I want you to get up and try something new. Here’s a fun one, let me read you say you’re back on it 🔥 Because Monday’s are meant to be crushed,” she writes in the Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Exercise for Mental Health

Massy reveals that exercise was the best remedy for her mental health. She battled depression when she was younger, and tried herbal remedies and cognitive therapy, but exercise was the game-changer.. “Fitness saved my life,” she told Muscle & Fitness. She started with the elliptical machine and then bodybuilding. “That first pushup felt great!” she revealed.

2. Stretching

Massy makes sure to stretch after exercising. “I’ve been sitting a lot lately so after my workout I decided to mobilize my spine before I sit again. This one stretch I find to be one of the best selections lately to really get some decompression after my workouts,” she explains in the caption. Why is stretching important? It helps keep the muscles “flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

3. Strength Training

Massy created her own workout method – a mix of resistance training, calisthenics, yoga, and HIIT. Strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently, explains Mayo Clinic. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

4. Self-Love

Top,View,,Women,Diversity,Or,Faces,With,Flowers,On,StudioShutterstock

Massy is all about self-love. “I honestly think if you're not happy with who you are and you're always trying to fit into something that, structurally, you're never going to be, then you're never going to be happy. It took me a little bit just to understand I have to love the body that I'm in because it's still beautiful. And I have to understand that women come in different shapes and different body types. I've used exercise to help me feel more confident inside and out, to help me build the areas that I can actually enhance so that I can feel more comfortable,” Massy tells Elle.

5. Smoothies

One of Massy’s secret weapons? Her healthy smoothies. “Instead of falling for the sugary drinks with no nutritional value, let me show you how to make smoothies that cut your cravings, help build 💪🏽, and are actually good for your overall health,” she wrote on Instagram video, revealing the recipe for the drink, “loaded with fiber, healthy fats, and protein.” She adds: “It tastes incredible and you can treat them as a meal, a snack, or your post workout fuel,” she maintains. She adds that it helps keep you “focused with sustained energy throughout the day” and will help you “feel satiated, but not bloated.”

Fitness influencer Massy Arias is sharing some Monday motivation for her 2.9 million Instagram followers. Arias, 34, posted pictures of herself wearing purple two-piece workout gear, posing behind a barbell. “Because Mondays are meant to be crushed. Save this one for later. Here are three movements I’ve been playing around with lately to increase my mobility, strength, balance, prevent injury, and have some fun. There are many different ways to make progress when it comes to movement. While most people focus on progressive overload and volume when it comes to challenging their fitness level and progressing on their journeys, this isn’t the only route,” she captioned the post. Here’s how this fitness guru stays happy, healthy, and strong.

1. Morning Workouts

Arias gets her own workout done first thing so she can tend to her clients. “My day starts at 5:30 in the morning. I have a green tea and I get ready to go to the gym,” she told The Cut. “I might have a smoothie, then go and get my workout done. I am behind a computer for a couple of hours, and then doing work with all of my clients. I do a meal prep every Sunday so my food is ready for me. I used to eat out a lot, and realized I was spending tons of money. Meal prepping is not as hard as people think — you just have to have a system.”

2. Fruit-Infused Water

Summer,Fresh,Fruit,Flavored,Infused,Water,Of,Lemon,And,LavenderShutterstock

Arias says she drinks probably a gallon of water a day. “But it’s all about your activity levels,” she told The Cut. “When I say a gallon, that includes if I have a protein shake or I make a smoothie. On a resting day I might do three liters. I infuse my waters, so it might be cucumber and cilantro, which is a purifier, or I might do orange peel with strawberry and mint, or ginger.”

3. Advice For Women

Arias’ advice to women chasing their dreams is to always have integrity. “Don’t give up on your big goal once things get tough because I didn’t,” she told Create & Cultivate. “The tougher it got for me, the more I learned how to navigate the things that today are easy for me to accomplish. I have never lowered my standards and I haven’t lost integrity to get the things I’ve wanted in my career. Too many people fall short and lower their standards for the things they want at the moment not realizing they are compromising their goals. Look at the big picture and don’t settle for less.”

4. Mental Health Support

Arias’ workout regimen is important for her mental as well as physical health. “From the beginning, I saw exercise as the only thing to put me in a right state of mind,” she told The Cut. “It took me a while to change my lifestyle. It didn’t come right away, but the more I did it, the more I challenged myself, the more I went out of my comfort zone, the more I really pushed myself, it gave me a sense of excitement. This fitness lifestyle is not only about looking good and feeling good mentally; it also gives you so much structure. I just try to do better than I was doing the day before, and have short-term goals every week that are achievable and sustainable.”

5. She’s a Superwoman

Motherhood has been transformative for Arias. “Since having my daughter I’ve learned I’m a superwoman,” she told Create & Cultivate. “I did something amazing that took close to 10 months, it’s going to take time to feel like myself and look the same way I used to before her. I love my body even more because it was the body that helped me bring my daughter into the world. Every aspect of my life and even I have changed since giving birth to Indi. I have become a better trainer, daughter, and wife. I can relate to a whole new 'hood' I’ve never been able to relate with; motherhood and parenthood.”

Ivanka Trump is breaking a sweat – in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the former First Daughter shows off her long, strong, and lean body in a two-piece workout set. She also discusses her workout routine, revealing that she recently made some major changes to it. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are all the details about her workout and how she has altered her routine. “Hi Everyone! I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my workout routine since I reposted a video with my trainer, so I thought I’d share a bit about my fitness journey,” she writes.

1. From Cardio, Yoga, and Pilates to Weightlifting and Resistance Training

“Like many women, I used to focus primarily on cardio, yoga, and Pilates. Since moving to Miami, I have shifted my focus to weightlifting and resistance training, and it has been transformative in helping me build muscle and shift my body composition in ways I hadn’t imagined,” she says.

2. Here Are the “Cornerstone” Exercises of Her Workout

I believe in a strength training approach built on foundational, time-tested and simple movements—Squats, Deadlifts, Hinges, Pushes, and Pulls. These are the cornerstones of my workout, emphasizing functional strength for life.

3. She Prioritizes Form, Then Adds Weight

“Prioritizing form is essential; only then do I add weight. This ensures a safe and steady progression while maintaining the integrity of each movement. I incorporate mobility work within my sessions to enhance range of motion,” she continues.

4. She Also Amped Up Her Protein Intake

High,Protein,Lettering,On,A,Pink,Plate.,Nutritional,Concept.Shutterstock

“Weightlifting has enhanced not just my strength but my overall athleticism and resilience. I now dedicate 3-4 days/ week to strength training—2 sessions solo and 2 with either @sandybrockmanfitness or @coach_hm. Also new for me but critical to my progress has been increasing my protein intake dramatically. I now consume between 30-50 grams of protein a meal. It works… I’ve never been stronger!” she says.

5. She Still Does Yoga and Other Activities

“I still enjoy a weekly yoga session and love spending time outdoors with my kids and friends playing sports—whether it’s surfing, padel tennis, swimming in the ocean, wake surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, walking or golf. I also incorporate a couple of short (10 min), high-intensity interval training sessions (such as sprints) each week to keep my cardiovascular fitness sharp and dynamic,” Ivanka continues.

6. Her “Balanced Approach” Has “Yielded Great Results”

“This balanced approach has infused new energy into my fitness routine and yielded great results. That’s said, this is all highly personal in that what works is what you will actually do consistently. Thank you for your interest and questions ~ I hope this was helpful,” she concludes in her post.

Amanda Elise Lee is doing a workout in “two of her favorite” Fashion Nova exercise sets. In a new social media post the fitness influencer flaunts her amazing figure in workout clothes. She also reveals her abs and glutes workout with her followers. Here's how she approaches wellness.

1. Working Out “Changed” Her Life

Amanda maintains that exercise completely transformed her life and body. "There's nothing wrong with being skinny, but I was really self-conscious about it — I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was 21," the influencer, who now works as a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, told Cosmopolitan. "Working out completely changed my life and confidence."

2. Minimal Cardio

"I don't do a lot of cardio because it's the most time-consuming," says Amanda. She adds that she exercises 45 minutes four to five times a week, doing mostly strength training so she doesn’t lose weight. "I'm obsessed with not losing weight. If I look at the scale and it goes up, I get excited I gained 2 pounds," she says.

3. Variety

Amanda makes sure to switch it up. "Variety is even more important that working out regularly," she says. "Try to change it up every time you work out: Instead of doing a regular squat, do it while standing on a BOSU ball, or do a walking lunge, elevated lunge with one leg on step, or a side lunge."

4. Engaging Muscles

Amanda stresses the importance of connecting your mind and body during workouts to engage the right muscles. "So many people go through the motions and don't see results because they don't connect the mind and the body to really feel the exercise," Amanda says. "You can't go through the motions — you really have to squeeze your butt and engage your abs to benefit."

5. TRX

Amanda is a big fan of TRX workouts. “Complete total body TRX 💪,” she captioned a post. TRX workouts can be done at home or at the gym. They involve simple straps that can be connected to the ceiling or a door, and are great for doing a variety of strength training moves, using your bodyweight as resistance.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
