Meaghan Martin is multitasking – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the theater producer-slash-actress flaunts her flat abs in a crop top and leggings. “A Friday afternoon in the life of a ✨theatre producer✨. Also for everyone who is going to ask I AM STILL AN ACTOR, it’s 2024, women can do more than one thing,” she writes in the caption of her video, which includes a mirror selfie in her gym clothes. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Coffee

Meaghan.Martin.1Meaghan Martin/Instagram

At the start of her Instagram Reel, Meaghan drinks a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

2. Running

Unrecognizable,Young,Runner,Tying,Her,Shoelaces.,Studio,Shot,On,WoodenShutterstock

Meaghan is a runner. “Cry mid-run when Roar comes on your playlist,” she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

3. Hiking

Meaghan also enjoys hiking. “Started from the bottom - then went to the top, then a different bottom, then a different top then the bottom again… 🗻,” she captioned one of the many posts of herself shared from rugged terrain. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

4. Tennis

You might find Meaghan on the tennis court. “Get you a girl who stubbornly insists you play a sport she’s garbage at with her. Or you know… don’t. 🎾,” she captioned a photo. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

5. White Wine

Meaghan’s alcoholic drink of choice? White wine. While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

Mishael Morgan is a very successful actress. She’s best known for her role in The Young & The Restless. In 2022, Morgan became the first black woman to win the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. Last month, Morgan shared a selfie on Instagram of herself in workout gear. She captioned the post, “Did not wanna hit the weights this morning, but it’s done and I feel so good! Go get it.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Mishael Morgan stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Loves HIIT

High,Intensity,Interval,Training,,Hiit,,Crossword,Against,Textured,Handmade,Paper,Shutterstock

Morgan shared some of her favorite things in an interview with Soap Opera Digest. In it, she also revealed her favorite workout. “HIIT, which stands for high-intensity interval training. It’s the only exercise program that works for my body. I love this workout because it’s fast and motivating and gives the maximum burn.”

2. She Doesn’t Strive For Perfection

Mishel.Morgan.2_573c15Mishel Morgan/Instagram

Morgan doesn’t put pressure on herself to be perfect. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “There is beauty in the imperfections of our lives. Easter kinda snuck up on me this year and I had the most last minute Easter dinner of my life. It felt chaotic and crazy, but everyone including the kiddos pitched in. When I took a breath and looked around, I thought nothing was planned, but it’s just so beautiful. Definitely one for the memory books.”

3. She Swims

Mishel.Morgan.3Mishel Morgan/Instagram

Morgan likes to swim to stay in shape. In this Instagram post from a vacation, she is seen wading in the water. According to The Mayo Clinic, swimming has a lot of benefits. “Aquatic exercise is a fun way to focus on fitness in a gravity-reduced environment. The buoyancy of water is easier on the body and provides support for people with weakness, balance problems or pain. Additionally, the viscosity of water slows movement and provides resistance during exercise, making aquatic exercise a great workout.”

4. She Hikes

Mishel.Morgan.4Mishel Morgan/Instagram

Morgan also likes to go for hikes. In the previous Instagram post, she was seen hiking with friends. The National Parks Service states that hiking doesn’t just have physical benefits, but mental ones. “Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health. Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. In addition to having mental health benefits, being outdoors opens up your senses to your surroundings and improves your sensory perception. Taking in the sights, smells, and feelings of nature has so many health benefits it can even be prescribed by a doctor.”

5. She Strength Trains

Mishel.Morgan.5_353636Mishel Morgan/Instagram

As you can see from her Instagram post, Morgan likes to weight train. Beaumont states that weight training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training helps you lose weight and keep it off by building muscle tissue. The more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolic rate tends to be. More muscle also helps your body burn more fat than muscle, which is important if you want to lose weight and keep your strength. So, if you build muscle, you can speed up your metabolism and burn more fat when you exercise. The faster your body burns calories, the more calories it will burn each day.”

Jillian Michaels is a celebrity trainer and TV personality. She’s best known for being a trainer on The Biggest Loser. Michaels was also a panelist on the health talk show, The Doctors. In April, she shared a photo on Instagram of herself on a stairclimber, holding a weight. Michaels captioned the photo, “Who's ready to push the up button today 😏If you're gonna train - make it count.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jillian Michaels stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Eats Before Working Out

Michaels is a big believer in eating something before doing an intense workout. “Depending on your fitness goals, the reality is that you should probably eat a little something before you go to the gym,” she told Us Weekly. “Based on everything I’ve read, and everything I’ve experienced doing this since I was 17 years old, [fasted workouts] are less effective. … When you have blood sugar available, it gives you more power.”

2. She Balances Her Diet

Michaels shared her advice for healthy eating to E! News. She says that she limits her unhealthy options and balances her diet. "If it's too much to ask people to switch that pizza to a chicken salad, here's what we're going to do," Michaels said. "Instead of half the pie, you're going to do one slice of pizza and you're going do a side salad. Or two slices of pizza and a side salad with the dressing on the side. And we're going to opt out of the Coke. Or the two glasses of wine. Done. And all of this will work. I promise."

3. She Works Out At Home

Michaels might spend a lot of time in the gym, but she doesn’t need to go there to exercise. However, she tells E! News that she owns a treadmill so she can workout at home. "I'm the queen of at-home fitness, right? Talk on the phone standing up and pacing. Do two minutes of jumping jacks every hour on the hour. Just getting you to move is going to make a massive difference."

4. She Doesn’t Train The Same Muscle Too Much

Fitness is a big part of Michaels’ life. However, she makes sure to not overdo it. She says that this is especially important when it comes to working out the same body part. “Don’t go train that same muscle again, because then those little mico-tears can become a little bit bigger, and then you get into over-training. Recovery is really important, and that comes with rest.”

5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Michaels shared some of her fitness advice in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that it is important to do a variety of workouts. “When it comes to different types of training, whether it’s strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, HIIT training, they’re all important. It’s kind of like saying, ‘What’s more important, Vitamin C or Vitamin D?’ So, you don’t need to be overwhelmed.”

Wouldn’t be complete without an @athleticbrewing Fancy Like 🍻! Seems like it’s the end of summer as the leaves start to change and the cool temps roll in. Pretty excited about fall 🍂🍁!!!” Known for her incredible climbing skills, Martin incorporates diverse workouts into her fitness routine, including hiking, yoga, and swimming. She also focuses on upper-body exercises tailored for climbing and relies on group fitness classes to motivate her cardio sessions. Martin’s active lifestyle is all about staying strong and enjoying nature.

1. She Hikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Martin likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She also shared this video of herself hiking with her dog and husband. Martin captioned the post, “Got in a nice hiking day in my @prana ReZion’s! Fun to see the signs of fall coming in and getting all the fresh air! I was only super out of breath a few times 😂!”

2. She Does Yoga

Martin likes to practice yoga to keep herself in shape. She did this when she was pregnant with her first child. Martin shared these photos on Instagram of herself doing poses outside. She captioned the post, “Some 3rd trimester backyard yoga and doggy hangs in my @prana Blazing Star bralette and leggings! Love this set 🥰!!!”

3. She Swims

Martin likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos of herself in the water on Instagram. According to Better Health, swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness, helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs, tones muscles and builds strength, provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.”

4. She Does Upper Body Workouts

Since she’s a climber, Martin has to do a lot of upper body workouts. She shared some of her favorites with Training Beta. “I’ll make sure I do the salmon ladder and the cliff hanger and the floating pegboard and slackline. They came up with this new thing the other day. It’s so sketchy. It has this long metal bar halfway on the slackline, halfway on the ground, and you had to walk on it and then there was a little long, metal pole with things on the end and you had to kind of pole vault jump. You’d jump on it. It was so sketchy.”

5. She Takes Fitness Classes

Orangetheory,Fitness,Logo,And,Sign.,Orangetheory,Fitness,Offers,Group,PersonalShutterstock

Martin admits to Training Beta that she has a hard time doing cardio workouts. She says that she turns to classes to help her out. “I do Orangetheory, that cardio class, and there’s light weight stuff in there and TRX stuff. I haven’t even done a class in a month because I haven’t been here. That’s more because I just need to be better with cardio in general. I hate running so I need to be in a group environment in order to do it.”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what is her latest message? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. She Once Tried Fat Burning Pills and “Teatox”

Young,Woman,Holding,Packs,Of,Pills,And,Measuring,Tape,InShutterstock

Molly reveals that in 2019 she decided she wanted to lose weight and tried instant fix products, but they didn’t work. “I came to my fitness journey an unhealthy, depressed student, drinking too many VKs and relying only on mac and cheese ready meals and fruit pastilles for fuel. So what did I do? I bought a teatox and some fat burning pills (I wish this was a joke), and clearly that didn’t work. I just had the runs and a weird tummy,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

2. Then, She Discovered Lifting

"So I sat myself down at the start (well February because January was, if you’ll pardon the pun, a shit show) of 2019, and said enough was enough,” she continued in the post. "I bought a gym guide, some protein powder and set myself some goals. I was going to stick to it this time. For the first 2+ years of this journey all I cared about was being small. I just wanted to be lean and slim, I enjoyed lifting I loved feeling strong, but the overriding goal was so be small."

3. She Also Realized You Need to Eat More to Get in Shape

"It’s not just something you wake up with, but one day after realising both my boobs and a** had done a runner I knew I couldn’t live life under 2000 calories forever and something needed to change,” she continued in the post. "So with the help and encouragement of @gymwithwarr we both embarked on our first bulk and honestly it changed my life. I had never felt such enjoyment from food, without any guilt, my body worked so much better, my mental health was a million times more positive, my hair was thicker my skin was healthier and best of all MY LEGS WERE GROWING. I felt like a beast, I trained hard, I kept going and I accepted learning and growing through the tough times, self-doubt and some incredibly testing body image days."

4. Strength Training

Molly’s workouts are now focused around strength training and lifting weights. She does old school moves like chest presses, rows, single leg step ups, and Bulgarian split squats. “Speedy full body(ish) workout,” she captioned a post. “One of those days where you need to be in and out but you want to get the PUMP 🔥 Shoulders, back and lower all HIT 🫶🏼Reps and sets on screen, 60-120s rest between sets (as needed).”

5. It’s Okay to Take Breaks, She Says

Molly’s message in her latest post, is that it’s okay to take breaks from your routine. “This past weekend was the FIRST weekend I’ve had at home in over a month, Life has been a liiiil crazy to say the least but I wouldn’t change a moment of that 🫶🏼I had a whole 9 days of ALL food out on my holiday, 4 days on a hen do, 2 days for Taylor swift, and many other meals out in between and that’s ok it’s been AWESOME 🍕Stepping on the scales after a busy period can be a little scary, especially if you have a fat loss goal, but gaining weight does not reflect on YOU as a person in any way shape or form so don’t you forget that. Am I rushing to loose this weight? No im back at my maintenance calories and kindly letting my body do its thing,” she wrote.

Chanel Coco Brown isn’t just sharing workout tips—she’s living them. The professional influencer, known for her vibrant wellness content on Instagram, recently posted an inspiring message to her followers as the year wrapped up. Dressed in sleek two-piece workout gear, Brown encouraged everyone to keep pushing their fitness goals, reminding us, “The year isn’t over yet, making each day count 🔒.” With a mix of motivational wisdom and seriously strong routines, Brown shows how discipline and dedication fuel her fitness journey. From Pilates to pulldowns, here’s how she stays in peak shape.

She Disciplined

When it comes to fitness, Brown is disciplined. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “I’M TALKING TO YOU 🗣️ it’s Monday, let’s go! This is what I do when I don’t want to go to the gym 👉🏽 I put my shoes on, get in the car, turn up to the gym, still I don’t want to workout and that’s okay, it’s okay to not want to do something but what we’re still going to do is show up. We’re going to show up because that is how we’re going to build self-discipline, that is how we’re going to build a habit, a habit that will take you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s okay to not want to do something, you can crawl back to your home comforts, but nothing grows from comfort zones and we can’t always let our thoughts or mood dictate our actions. Get uncomfortable, learn to be okay with uncomfortable. Complain throughout the whole workout if you want to, take it slower, have a mediocre session if that suits you, because it’s not about this single session it’s about the bigger picture - you showed up, even when you could have made 100 excuses, you showed up because you’re levelling up. Self-discipline baby.”

She Does Pilates

Brown likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself at a class. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

She Does Treadmill Exercises

Brown shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing in it is walking on a treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

She Does Squats

Chanel Coco Brown

Brown is also seen doing squats in the previous Instagram video. Allina Health reports that they have a lot of health benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Pulls-Downs

Brown shared this video on Instagram of herself doing back exercises, including pulldowns. This exercise is very beneficial. Piedmont states, “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability.”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

Bianca Bustamante at the gym.

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses.
