In honor of June being Pride Month, SI Swim shared some highlights on Instagram of several of their queer models, including Megan, who is bisexual. She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Megan has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. Her makeup artist, Jenna Kristina, tells WhoWhatWear that the actress uses the O2 Squalane moisturizer from Element Eight. “I’m in love with oxygen treatments, and this product instantly hydrated, plumped, and created the perfect base for makeup application,” she says. “The special OATH technology works. She Limits Sugar

Megan makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and for her that means limiting sugar. She worked with trainer, Harley Pasternak, to help her craft a healthy eating plan. “She eats three meals and two snacks a day,” he tells Us Weekly. “She’ll have protein, fiber, and healthy fat every meal. She is living a low-sugar lifestyle, definitely… She has definitely buckled down and she is amazing.”

She Doesn’t Cut Out Carbs

When it comes to her diet, Megan doesn’t completely cut out carbs. Harley tells Us Weekly that the actress eats the healthier carb options. “She eats carbs. She just eats the right carbs. She has a low-sugar diet. It’s so sustainable, it’s so moderate, she’s not doing any zero this/zero that.”

She Cooks

Megan loves to cook healthy meals for herself. Harley shared some of her go-tos in his Us Weekly interview. “She’s sticking to it, and she realized she doesn’t have to make elaborate meals in the kitchen. In the morning she’ll do a smoothie or an egg white omelet with some avocado as healthy fats. And she’ll have hummus and cut veggies as a snack and a salad with grilled chicken for lunch.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

When it comes to working out, Megan does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. Harley shared the actress’ fitness routine with People Magazine. “The workouts we did are like all of my other Five Factor workouts. They are five phases: a minimum five minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five minute cool down.”
