In all seriousness, she does have to hit the gym to keep her figure honed. "I exercise really hard twice a week. I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training," she told E! News.

Megan is strict about her diet "I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy," she told E! News. If she wants a slice of toast, she opts for gluten-free bread, GLAMOUR revealed. As for cheat meals? "I don't have any cheat days," she told E! News. "But if I did, it would be pizza or cake."

Megan is “completely sober,” she told Glamour. “I don't even drink a glass of wine. I don't ever smoke. I don't drink coffee. I'm super strict with my diet and I never deviate," she added. "When I was in Costa Rica, somebody described the purpose of alcohol with plant medicine: you use alcohol to extract the essence of a plant. And I thought, 'That is exactly how alcohol makes me feel. As though it is extracting my essence.' Which is why I have avoided it for so long."

4. Self-Care

For Megan “self-care is enough quiet time to be able to connect to my super consciousness, my higher consciousness, connect to God, connect to spirit,” she explained to Glamour. “And this lifestyle makes it very difficult sometimes. I do feel very lost when I’m not able to do that, so I have to have time to ground myself. And that is being able to do the metaphysical things that I like to do, the spiritual things that I like to do and having silence. I avoid my phone as much as I possibly can all the time, but there are times where I avoid it completely. The same thing with anything that has an LED light in it. And I just go back to what our bodies were made for, which is to be in nature and to be silent within ourselves.”

5. Plastic Surgery

Megan opened up about her plastic surgery during a Call Me Daddy interview. “Here’s things I haven’t done that I’ve been accused of doing,” she said. “I’ve never had a face lift of any kind, I’ve never done threads, I’ve never had buccal fat done—I’ll never have any fat removed from my face, I will only ever put fat in, which leads me to I’ve never had any liposuction, or body contouring or anything like that.” She also confessed to having three boob jobs: One in her early 20s, the next after breastfeeding her three thirds, and a third more recently. "I don’t like surgery,” she admitted, “so when I go to have a surgery it’s a very big deal. I’m very afraid of dying under general anesthesia, so I haven’t had much surgery because of that.”
