Megan shared a carousel post, and included a photo of herself on stage in an adorable sparkly blue dress, with big blonde hair. She Stays Consistent, Especially On Tour

No matter how busy Megan’s life is, she always makes time for a quick workout. She tells Muscle and Fitness that regular exercise helps her on tour. “I can definitely tell onstage if I haven’t worked out. These stages are so big, so if I’m running around and singing, I can tell if we took a week off—I’m winded. So it’s best not to let that happen.”

She Loves Pilates

Megan’s go-to workout? Pilates. And she has a favorite gym to go for a workout. “I love it,” she says to Muscle and Fitness. “There’s a place I go called Bodyrok. I used to lift weights and do the proper gym thing, but a Pilates workout kicks my butt for some reason. When I’m home I’ll try and get in a workout at least three times a week.”

She Works Out With Her Friends

Megan loves to workout with her friends, and these include her bandmates. She tells Muscle and Fitness that her whole crew will exercise together. “Someone always has some sort of workout on their phone, and it’s usually a full body, circuit-type workout,” she says. “[Sometimes] then we’ll do a little bit of cardio. And if there’s no time to do a proper workout, we’ll do something to get our bodies moving.”

She Gets Enough Protein

In addition to working out, Megan makes sure to eat healthy on the road. “My bus is always stocked with MegaFit Meals,” she says to Muscle & Fitness. “We just keep those because they have enough protein and not too many calories, and they’re good for you. They fill you up.  Everyone on my bus eats those, and we kind of stick to them. There’s only so much fast-food you can eat on the road before you start to feel like s**t.”

She Uses Body Cream

Megan has amazing skin, and many of her fans wonder what her favorite products are. In an interview with Bustle, she shared her go-to body cream. “I love Ouai’s body cream. I use the one with the St. Bart’s scent every single day. It’s so hydrating and feels really good on my skin. I use the body wash that goes with it, too.”
