Megan Thee Stallion Shows Off Her Figure In White Swimsuit

Megan Thee Stallion burst onto the scene with her song, "Hot Girl Summer", and she's continued to prove it on stage and on social media. Megan recently posted a set of photos of herself in a revealing white swimsuit on her Instagram. In it, she posed on a ladder outside, with the sunset behind her. Megan's impressive figure was on display. How does she stay so fit? Here are 5 ways Megan Thee Stallion stays in shape.
She Goes To A Therapist
Megan doesn't just take care of her physical health, but also her mental health. After a low point in her life, she decided to start going to therapy, and opened up about this to Women's Health. "I stayed in my room," Megan revealed. "I would not turn the lights on. I had blackout curtains. I didn't want to see the sun. I knew I wasn't myself. It took me a while to acknowledge that I was depressed. But once I started talking to a therapist, I was able to be truthful with myself."
She's Consistent With Fitness

Megan is known for sharing a lot of her workouts on social media, as a part of her "Hottie Bootcamp" series. She revealed to Women's Health that she doesn't just exercise to keep herself in shape, but also to care for her mental wellbeing. Megan also says that this is why she's able to be consistent with fitness. "Working on myself made me get into working out because I needed to focus my energy somewhere else," she explained. "I used working out to escape and to get happy. I'm in a space where I feel good mentally, so I want to look as good as I feel."
She Works Out In The Morning
Megan has a busy life, from touring, to recording, to interviews. So how does she find time to workout? By doing it first thing in the morning. "I prefer to work out in the morning because you are really that girl if you jump out the bed and have working out on your mind," Megan said in a video for Women's Health. "If you start your day with sweating, squatting, punching, lifting and doing ab workouts and stuff, you have no choice but to really tackle your day the same way."
She Eats Healthy
In addition to working out, Megan also makes sure to eat a healthy diet. "Having a healthy and balanced diet is a huge part of my process," she said in an interview with People. "I've integrated a lot of fruit and vegetables into my meals — I love protein-rich meals and I drink lots of healthy smoothies — so I'm definitely proud of the adjustments I've made," she explains. "It takes a lot of discipline and consistency, but I try to be extra health-conscious with everything I put into my body."
She Has A Supportive Gym

Megan has a lot of supportive people around her, and this includes the people at her gym. She talked about the impact this has on her in her People interview. "I love how working out brings mental clarity and physical energy, so I trust the process and grind it out. It also comes down to having good people around you to be your gym accountability partner."
