Megan Grubb is a weightlifter and a fitness influencer. She even has her own app. Grubb shared her recent workout on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Today’s session was a workout from my new Summer Bootcamp I’ve just dropped in my app @beyondapp. A 30 minute high intensity lifting burst. As you can see I did this with homemade weights (a bag full of books for a barbell and water bottles for dumbbells) but you can do this at the gym too with the weights!! That’s the beauty of the bootcamp, you really can do it anywhere and adding in weights or homemade alternatives like this really will intensify your workout that little bit more.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Megan Grubb stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Appreciates All Types Of Workouts

In her post’s caption, Grubb revealed that she has learned to appreciate any type of workout, and that it doesn’t matter how long it is. “Now I’ve realised how for years if it wasn’t my typical full on leg day or upper day, it was only half a workout in my head. Which is sooo not true!! And it feels so nice to appreciate different forms of movement so much more now. Whether it’s a run, a lifting session at the gym, a cycle on the peloton or a home style workout they ALL count as a full on workout.”

2. She Enjoys Working Out

Grubb says that she enjoys working out, and that helps her stay consistent. She revealed in this post that she worked out while she was pregnant. “Feel so so sooo lucky to have been able to continue to move throughout my pregnancy and fill my body with endorphins, energy, strength and power. Exercise makes me feel so happy and makes me feel like me, I’ve never been more grateful for my body being able to move + grow my little baby too 🤍Don’t get me wrong, training throughout pregnancy is 10000% not for everyone - it’ll depend on your symptoms, if you’re high risk and what you did prior to being pregnant so I in no way want this to make any mamas feel pressured but.. If you can and you WANT to, keep going and keep moving that bod mama.”

3. She Strength Trains

Grubb likes to lift weights. She is seen doing so in the previous Instagram post. ACE Fitness states that lifting weights has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

4. She Runs

Grubb revealed in this Instagram post that she has started running to stay fit. She captioned it, “3 months ago i decided to start my running journey. I wanted to feel the buzz, the runners high and see if I could figure out integrating it into weightlifting. Weightlifting makes me feel confident and powerful. But running brings in a different kind of a high, a period of time to get fully into a playlist and feel a new rush - you can do it anywhere, at any time, there’s no limit; it sparked a new kind of joy in me and has made me feel my best mentally but also physically I’ve seen the most progress in SO long.”

5. She Meal Preps

Grubb makes sure to eat healthy. One of her secrets is meal prepping. She shares a lot of her favorite meals on Instagram. In this post, Grubb made some protein-heavy foods. She captioned the post, “What I meal prepped this week 💞🎀✨ 🤍 halloumi + sweet chilli jam flatbread. 🤍 mexican prawn bowl with black bean salsa. 🤍 berry cheesecake overnight oats All from @thegoodbite high protein meal prep cook book! Soooo handy having yummy meals ready to grab in the fridge.”

But I have learnt every time I take on a new challenge I get far more back in return. I pretty much smiled my way around the 26.2 miles yesterday. NYC crowds are just sooooo incredible. I wanna say a huge thankyou to the number of strangers who cheered me on as well as my incredible friends who gave me so much energy! Just spent the last two weeks off the grid exploring the Grand Canyon - traveling down the Colorado river, white water rafting and camping with a group of 15 of us. It was already a scary trip for me as I have never done anything like this but an extra challenge from having fractured my wrist 3 weeks before! But the challenges made it 100 x more rewarding! Will share some pictures to try and show you just how incredible the Grand Canyon is 🙌🏽 Very proud of myself for doing it and grateful to be one of the few people who get to see this part of the world in this way!”

Fitness Influencer Meghan Callaway Shares "Step Up" Tips

Callaway shares her top workout tips for building strength and form.

Meghan Callaway, a fitness expert and influencer, is known for her practical advice and innovative workout techniques. From mastering step-ups to challenging core exercises, she consistently shares tips to optimize fitness routines. In a recent Instagram post, Callaway focused on perfecting step-ups, emphasizing proper form and technique: “Step-ups are a great exercise when performed correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not do them properly, so they do not obtain the full benefits.” Here’s a closer look at her approach to fitness and self-care.

She Does Step-Ups

As you can see from her Instagram post, Callaway likes to do step-ups to keep herself in shape. She shared her tips for doing them properly in the caption. “✅ When you are performing step-ups, the leg that is elevated on the surface should be doing most of the work (I prefer at least 75%). ❌ MANY people cheat by pushing off with their foot on the supporting side (usually forefoot/toes), and this makes the exercise MUCH less effective! ✅ One trick I find REALLY helps, and something I’ve been using for YEARS, is to pick up the toes of the supporting leg, and to not allow them to touch the floor for the duration of the exercise. ✅ You can see I’m only allowing my heel to lightly touch the floor. ✅ This makes it a LOT tougher to cheat with the supporting leg, and forces the planted/elevated leg to do most of the work.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Many people ‘ego lift’ when they do step-ups! Less weight can often be more effective!”

She Does Core Workouts

Callaway shared some of her favorite core workouts in this Instagram video. She captioned the post, “If you want an extremely EVIL core challenge to sink your teeth into, give this exercise a try! This is advanced. By anchoring my feet this way AND contracting my hamstrings, I am inhibiting my hip flexors. I got this awesome idea from @lukahocevar . As Luka said, ‘my hamstrings were like WTF,’ so don’t be surprised if your hamstrings cramp 😂. While it’s widely known I’m a BIG advocate of hip flexor strengthening, when many people are trying to train their anterior and lateral core muscles their hip flexors often compensate. This amazing ‘hack makes the exercise SO much tougher because the hip flexors can no longer kick in.”

She Does Planks

Callaway is seen doing plank exercises in this Instagram video. Planks have a lot of benefits. Allina Health states, “If you want an exercise that engages most of your muscles in one easy step, then you should plank. The plank is a simple, effective bodyweight exercise that strengthens your core, as well as muscles in your upper and lower body. Core muscles, which include your back and abdomen, help you maintain posture and balance as you stand, sit and move throughout the day.”

She Does Squats

Callaway shared some of her favorite lower body exercises in these Instagram videos. In them, she is seen doing two different kinds of squats: split squats and negative Spanish squats. Callaway captioned the post, “Front heel elevated split squats + back foot elevated (with emphasis on forward knee tracking). Use a range that feels comfortable. 👉 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps per side. Negative Spanish squats. With Spanish Squats you will keep your shins in a vertical position for 100% of the movement, and there will be minimal ankle dorsiflexion. This can be a very knee friendly option.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ This is also an AMAZING leg finisher. 👉 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps.”

She Does Pull-Ups

Callaway likes to do pull-ups to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them. Callaway talked about her journey with the exercise in the caption. “Day 16 since I resumed pull-ups after a 7 month injury (radial nerve) layoff. 8 sets of 6. Final set (so I was a bit fatigued/form wasn’t as good). Then I did several sets of 2 reps of unassisted false grip pull-ups, and some banded sets of 5 reps. Usually I’d do these first but wasn’t planning on doing them so soon. The false grip felt surprisingly comfy. I basically did NO upper body training for 7 months. The injury would’ve resolved a LOT faster if I’d seen the good physio much sooner, but I had a lot of other stuff going on in my life and put my own recovery on the back burner. And I did several other treatments that normally would’ve been helpful, but ended up just REALLY provoking the nerve and setting me back. I’m filming pull-ups top off so I can make sure my pull is nice and even. When coming back from an injury it’s easy to guard and compensate, even when there are no symptoms. My form isn’t perfect yet, but will be. And I’ve regained a lot of my muscle as I lost a decent amount over my 7 month upper body layoff!”

Kelly Burglund is recreating a movie scene – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the actress shows off her figure in exercise clothes while recreating an iconic movie moment from 10 Things I Hate About You with her boyfriend. “0 things I hate about you ♥️,” she writes in the caption. “Cute,” commented one of her followers. How does the Heels star approach diet, fitness, and self care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Prior to Heels, She Was a “SoulCycler”

Berglund discussed her physical transformation for Heels with SheKnows. Prior to shooting she had a dance and gymnastics background and enjoyed spin classes. “I go to SoulCycle and that’s about it!” she told her trainer for the show. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

2. Three Hours of Training Per Night

To get in shape prior to shooting, Berglund spent three hours a night wrestling. Then, for season two, she amped it up even more. “I trained for five months going into season two, because Crystal is much more of a wrestler now. I wanted to bulk up and look more like a wrestler,” she added to The Hollywood Reporter.

3. Bulking and Cutting

Much like real wrestlers, Berglund bulked and cut. “So I was eating a pretty strict bulking diet of lots of protein, and then cutting closer to when we were filming the show, I was training for about three hours a day, five days a week. And that continued on as we started filming in Atlanta. They built us another gym like they did in season one, and we were in there on all of our off days with the stunt team. Even the cast that aren’t wrestlers were coming into the gym; it became this community. So it was extremely difficult, but I’m so proud of myself for getting through it. And in watching the second season, I’m grateful that it comes across,” she told THR.

4. Ice Baths

Kelli cools down with ice baths. “Thank you for having us @denmotherwellness 🌿 pure bliss is fighting for your life in an ice bath together,” she captioned a recent post. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.

5. Dance

Kelli also blasts calories via dance. “I take dance classes (when I can) in my free time… it’s still such a love of mine, plus, it’s a great workout!” Kelli told Naluda. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
