The Real Housewives of Orange County star Meghan King is showing off the results of her disciplined workout and diet regimen by posting selfies on social media. King, 38, shared pictures of herself wearing a green bikini and black sunglasses, posing in front of a bathroom mirror. “Anybody have some water? Parched over here 💦,” she captioned the post. “How could you have had twins?? You look amazing!!” a fan commented. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways King stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Postpartum Personal Trainer

5th Annual Vanderpump Dog Foundation GalaJC Olivera/Getty Images

King worked out with a trainer after having her daughter Aspen in November 2016. “A lot of people have asked me how I got my body back after having Aspen - well this is it,” she captioned an Instagram post. “Combined with breastfeeding, it was also important for me to consult someone who not only talks the talk, but walks the walks - @nancyandersonfit! She's a trainer and nutritionist (and fellow Mama!) who specializes in designing effective nutrition and workout programs for women (like me!).”

2. She Counts Calories

2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards - Winners WalkJoe Scarnici/Getty Images

King tends to eat less when she’s stressed, so she counts calories to ensure getting enough food every day. "This is the first time in my life I’ve counted calories and it’s in the opposite way most Americans do so," she says. "I eat breakfast every day. That’s easy. Lunch is hard because it’s an annoyance: a stop in the middle of the day when I’m on a roll. So when I eat lunch I really go for it – all the carbs and all the protein. I don’t snack – never have. Dinner can go either way. The kids are asleep so I have time to eat and I do but usually I’m not very hungry."

3. Lots of Water

Closeup,Water,Pouring,Into,Glass,With,Ice,On,Green,BlurredShutterstock

King says the best beauty tip her mother gave her was to drink plenty of water. “I’ve found that water can have a significant impact in skin health,” says Dr. Steven Deliduka, board-certified dermatologist with Forefront Dermatology. “Without adequate water intake, skin appears duller, and wrinkles and pores more prominent. Proper hydration levels help the skin to become plump and improves its elasticity meaning it’s less likely to crack and have irritations and blemishes.”

4. Lots of Yoga

Meghan-King-2Meghan King/Instagram

King enjoys regular yoga sessions, including hot yoga. “Perhaps the greatest benefits of yoga is its ability to inspire and improve self-care and healthy living,” says yoga instructor Mary Hazen. “As yogis tend to be more involved in their own health and care, they discover they have the power to effect positive change in their lives and tend to adopt more healthy habits. Over time, healthy living has a large impact on life expectancy.”

5. Ice Skating

Meghan-King-1Meghan King/Instagram

King loves skiing and ice skating with her family. “Ice skating is an activity where you work almost every major muscle group with an emphasis on the lower body and core (abdominal) muscles,” says M. Kathryn Steiner, MD. “Maintaining your balance as you work yourself across the ice is a great challenge that engages your core and builds stability through the legs. Skating is a low impact activity, which causes less stress on the joints, in comparison to other exercises like running. However, once you begin jumping and spinning, skating can become high impact.”

1. She Works Out with a Trainer

After becoming a mom, Meghan enlisted the help of a professional to whip her into shape. “A lot of people have asked me how I got my body back after having Aspen - well this is it: combined with breastfeeding, it was also important for me to consult someone who not only talks the talk, but walks the walks - @nancyandersonfit!” she wrote on Instagram. “She's a trainer and nutritionist (and fellow Mama!) who specializes in designing effective nutrition and workout programs for women (like me!) I know from experience: If you are looking to lose weight, while also increasing your energy, check out her 30 day slim down launching April 10. It's a 30 day meal plan that will jump start your weight loss and get you back on track and feeling great!”

2. She Does Outdoor Activities

In a blog shared on her website, Meghan revealed a few of the outdoor activities she did to stay fit during lockdown, which included running, hiking, fishing, boating, and bike riding. "So go ahead – take the dog for a walk, ride your bike or hit up that running trail you’ve been meaning to visit. Just remember, we’re still in a pandemic and you still need to practice good social distancing, even outside," says the Cleveland Clinic.

3. She Meditates

During lockdown she also started a new mental health ritual. “I’ve started meditating every day for 10 minutes,” she wrote on her blog. “I’m terrible, can’t focus, and I have to set a timer. Sometimes I fall asleep. But I do it every day without fail because I’m trying to love me more.”

4. She Does Hot Yoga

The 2020 iHeartRadio Podcast Awards – Red CarpetAlberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images

Meghan is also a yogi, but prefers her practice in a hot room. “It’s like the most beautiful measured pain in the universe – half meditation/half workout,” she wrote on her blog about hot yoga. "Hot yoga is a vigorous form of yoga performed in a very warm and humid studio. There are many different types of hot yoga classes. During the Bikram form of hot yoga, the room is heated to approximately 105 F (40 C) and has a humidity of 40 percent," says the Mayo Clinic. "Hot yoga is not for everyone. The intensity of the workout and the hot temperatures have the potential to cause heat-related illness. Be sure you check with your doctor before trying hot yoga, especially if you have any health concerns or if you are pregnant."

5. She Practices Positive Affirmations

Meghan actively works on self-love, maintaining that “the hardest” activity is self-affirmations. “Looking in my own eyes in the mirror at yoga and saying ‘I love you. You can push yourself farther because I believe in you.’ And looking into the mirror after a shower and saying to my most loathed features ‘I love you, broad shoulders. You have carried the weight of the world and I am proud you are mine.’ Actually, even just looking into my own eyes as if I am an observer who has fallen in love with ME, well that’s hard,” she wrote.

1. She Was “Unhealthily Skinny” On Love Island

Following her debut on Love Island, Millie ended up gaining weight. Her followers accused her of being pregnant, and she responded by revealing that she was actually healthy. "[In] the weeks leading up to Love Island, I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful, slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable while doing it,” she said in a post. "I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my ... curves I once had and I missed them."

2. She Embraces Her Body

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsJeff Spicer/Getty Images

In the same post, Millie encouraged her millions of followers to love themselves. "We're all different shapes and sizes, each size perfect in our own way. But please don't get stuck to the beauty standard of 'perfection'," she said. "Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything that creates you as a person."

3. She Battled Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsGareth Cattermole/Getty Images

Millie has also been open about her skin struggles. "I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible,” she told Hello. “I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow."

4. She Takes Baths

One way Millie prioritizes self-care? She takes baths. "Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…," she captioned this Instagram snap. Not only have hot baths been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression, but one recent study found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Cheats

Millie might eat healthy most of the time, but she is always down for the occasional cheat meal. “Last stop in LA,” she captioned this photo of herself standing outside of SoCal’s famous In-N-Out Burger.

6. She Hikes

Want to get into shape like Millie? Take a hike! “Obligatory Hollywood sign pic wearing all @puma,” she captioned this snap from one of her excursions.

Maude loves “the M-61 quick peel pads. I use those every few days, and my skin has really improved,” she told Glamour. “My mom turned me onto Skyn Iceland’s undereye patches. They’re so good for depuffing and calming. I put them in the fridge and will wear them on my way to work. When it’s really early in the morning, they’re the only eye patches that I use where I can see the difference.”

2. Here’s How She Relaxes

“I have been taking baths with CBD bath salts from Lord Jones, and they make me feel totally relaxed. I love those,” she told Glamour. "There are many intriguing findings in pre-clinical studies that suggest CBD and hemp oil have anti-inflammatory effects and may be helpful with improving sleep and anxiety," Brent Bauer, M.D., an internist and director of research for the Mayo Clinic Integrative Medicine program, says, according to the Mayo Clinic. "But trials in humans are still limited, so it is too early to be definitive about efficacy and safety.”

3. She Enjoys Infrared Saunas

Maude does infrared saunas with her mom, actor Leslie Mann. “Many studies have looked at using infrared saunas in the treatment of long-lasting health problems and found some proof that saunas may help. Conditions studied include high blood pressure, heart failure, dementia and Alzheimer's disease, headache, type 2 diabetes, and arthritis. But larger and more-exact studies are needed to prove these results. Some of these studies were also performed with people using a regular sauna,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. This is What She’s Said About Her Director Dad

Judd Apatow directed his daughter in The King of Staten Island, among other films. “We have a very good working relationship. My dad is my mentor and gives me a lot of advice about everything that I do, with acting, writing, and directing. We have always had that relationship. But it's hard to take advice from your parents without automatically wanting to stand up to them or be rebellious. I don't know, sometimes he tells me things and I pretend not to hear them. But I always do listen to what he says. But I'll call him out sometimes,” she told Highsnobiety.

5. Social Media Can Stress Her Out, Especially During a Pandemic

“It's tricky. Some weeks I'm totally fine. I'll go on Instagram and Twitter all day; I'll feel totally comfortable and it doesn't get to me at all. And then other times, I find it so overwhelming, and it does start to really affect my mood. I think I've gotten [better] at realizing that if I'm getting stressed or upset by social media and looking at my phone all day, I can take a step back, block it from my Safari, delete it from my phone, and just take a few days off. It is unnecessary for me to be spending that much time on it every day,” she told Highsnobiety.

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
