Meghan Trainor is hinting that either she or Abbie Herbert are ready to add another baby to the brood. Trainor, 30, shared a video of herself wearing gray yoga pants and a shirt with the image of Princess Diana on it, dancing next to Herbert. “The surprise at the end 🤫 LOVE U😘,” she captioned the post. “One of us is ready for baby # 3,” reads the text over the video. “Two MOTHAS👏,” commented Sarah Nicole Landry. Here’s how Trainor stays fit, strong, and energized.
1. Postpartum Training
Trainor worked hard to get back to feeling good about herself after having her first baby. "I worked [out] every day and challenged myself,” she told ET Canada, via PEOPLE. “And I was like, 'If I can survive a C-section, I can do anything.' And I did," Trainor said. "I was very dedicated and I started seeing the pounds come off one week at a time, one pound. I was like, 'I'm fighting.' I learned that I do like healthy food, and I learned what portions mean. My brain is so happy when I exercise.”
2. Meditation Sessions

Trainor incorporates meditation sessions into her wellness routine. “Recently, I started transcendental meditation, and I’m loving it!” she told FabFitFun. “You get to chill for 20 minutes twice a day, which seems like a lot of time, but I always make it work in my busy days. I get to zone out and let [my] thoughts come in and out. It’s the best, and my brain feels like it’s getting a massage.”
3. SPF Every Day
Trainor regrets not wearing SPF earlier in life. “I wish I was better at taking care of my skin and putting on sunscreen,” she told Allure. “I avoid the sun at all costs, and I still have a sun spot on my cheek. I'm like, ‘What? How'd this happen?’ Also wish I was more gentle. I heard Jessica Alba, who has the greatest skin, say that her mom taught her to be gentle when you're wiping off your makeup.”
4. Simple Hair Care
Trainor has a less-is-more approach to hair care these days. “I don't do anything crazy,” she told Allure. “I use the Nexxus Unbreakable Care line. When I'm home and I get to have days off with my boy, I try not to damage it, so I let my hair air dry, do a bun, and call it a day. If I do blow-dry it because we're going out or doing something with friends, I always spray some heat protective spray and the Nexxus root spray on it. I try to do less.”
5. Massages and Early Bedtime
Trainor enjoys massages as part of her mom-self-care routine. “I’ll admit, I’m not good at that, but my husband forces me,” she told New Beauty. “Before, I was like, ‘Dude, I could be organizing right now,’ but he just told me to lay down and enjoy it, and after I went, I was like, ‘Oh my god that was the best thing ever.’ So when I can, treat myself I try to get a nice massage. Also, sometimes, we trade off nighttime routines. We’ll do everything together, but we’ll alternate the one who cuddles with [Riley] for the last hour and puts him in every other night and so if it’s his night, I get to go early and take a shower and like get ready for bed. I don’t know if that sounds like anything special, but it’s the little things.”
