1. She Is Blessed with Good Genetics

Mery told Gente magazine that her body bounced back after giving birth due to genetics – she didn’t even have to diet or work out to lose extra weight. "Genetically I settled in very quickly," she said.
2. She Got Treatments
Mery did confessed that she relied on treatments, which "helped her belly return to its proper place." Her doctor told the publication: "We combine different devices: the Triacton, which makes a personalized diagnosis and serves to reduce cellulite, tone and drain; the E-Shape, used in the immediate postpartum to reduce, only requiring a couple of sessions on the abdomen; the Lifskin, that improves cellulite and Ultratone to tone," he told Gente.
3. She Surfs
Mery loves to surf. According to the Australian government’s Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.
4. She Skis
Mery is also a skier in the winter. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. 5. She Hydrates
Mery prioritizes hydration, making sure to drink a lot of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
