Miami Heat cheerleader Chelsea Varsaci is gearing up for another NBA season by looking and feeling her absolute best. The dancer and attorney is seen wearing a brown swimsuit top and blue jeans, getting her hair ready for dance auditions (along with her fellow cheerleaders) at Brooke Vibrant studios. “Day in the life of getting my Miami heat dancers ready for auditions,” the stylist captioned the video. Varsaci seems to have it all—so how does she do it? Here’s how she has the energy and focus for both her day job and her dance career.

1. Forging Her Own Path

Neon,Letter,Sign,With,The,Quote,Keep,Dreaming,On,AShutterstock

Varsaci is an attorney as well as a dancer, and sees no reason to choose between the two. “I am currently dancing with the Miami HEAT and an attorney,” she says. “That was a journey of its own. Every step I’ve taken has gotten me to where I am today. One thing I say that has gotten me there was that I didn’t let people tell me the path I was supposed to take. I wanted to take my own path and decide how I wanted to do it. Being in law school and practicing as a HEAT Dancer, people will always say you can't do both and you have to give up one for the other. But I didn’t want to do that, I wanted to follow my dreams and do things my way.

2. She’s a Beach Baby

Varsaci is a Miami girl, so the beach is her second home. Being outside in the sunshine is good for both mental and physical health. “I often ask patients to take their mood temperature — a measurement from 0 to 10, with 10 being the best mood — before and after taking a walk outside,” says Susan Evans, PhD. “People are often surprised at how much their mood improves.”

3. Discipline and Focus

Varsaci says it’s possible to be in school and also dance—but it takes hard work and sacrifice. “So, you wake up in the morning and you go to school, if you want to dance you do your homework and dance, you do it all,” she says. “I was raised to have that dedication and determination in everything I’ve done. So, whatever it takes to reach that final outcome, it’s what you do. If you stay up late, if you have to make it work, if you have to talk to your coaches, talk to your employee's things like that when you have the understanding and passion behind it; other people will understand and are more willing to help you get to your goal.”

4. Snow Bunny

Varsaci refers to herself as a “snow bunny” due to her love for winter sports. “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts,” according to experts at the University of Rochester Medical Center. “Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight.”

5. Trailblazing Women

Chelsea.VarsaciChelsea Varsaci/Instagram

Varsaci is proud to be thriving in a traditionally male-dominated space. “Being an attorney in a male-dominated career has been hard and it has presented struggles,” she says. “But one thing that women have gone leaps and bounds with and walking in and knowing their worth. Walking and knowing they did the same amount of work; they did the same steps as it took for men to get to the same positions. Now, the confidence they have brought behind that transformed the whole legal industry and women are now Supreme Court Justices and are at the top thanks to the women before us have laid that path, and now, it’s on us to follow that path and make it greater.”

Denver Broncos cheerleader Berkleigh Wright isn’t ready to say goodbye to summer (or her swimsuits) just yet. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit finalist took some time off from her busy schedule as an account manager and professional NFL cheerleader to get some R&R at the Clayton Members Club & Hotel in Denver. Wright shared pictures of herself posing in a white one-piece swimsuit, with a white shirt and straw hat. “Summer’s not over until Clayton says it’s over ☀️,” she captioned the post. Here’s how she works hard, plays hard, and cheers hard.

1. Look Good, Feel Good

Wright starts the day with a cup of matcha green tea to wake up and hit the ground running. “I’m all about the look good, feel good, work good vibes,” she says. “I always like to wake up and do my full skincare [routine], put on a fresh face and make sure that I’m setting myself up for success and a productive day.”

2. Sports Illustrated Beckons

Wright was a finalist in the Sports Illustrated Swim Search competition (no surprise there!). “I took this leap of faith because I feel that Sports Illustrated [Swimsuit] is a world-class organization that embodies everything I strive to be as a woman,” she says. “It extends beyond beauty: they stand for being a strong individual with depth, brains, kindness and integrity. A brand that celebrates everyone’s differences, exhibiting that our imperfections are what makes us beautiful. SI Swim helped me embrace those ideals in myself, and now I strive to imprint that mindset in others.”

3. Skiing Trips

Like a true Colorado girl, Wright is at home on the slopes. “It’s well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more,” says the Canadian Ski Council. “Regardless of your health and fitness goals, strapping on a pair of skis or a snowboard is sure to fulfill some of them. Due to the versatility of skiing and snowboarding, it can encompass the benefits of a cardio workout, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, and strength training session, all in one fun activity.”

4. Advice To Younger Self

Self,Love,Tips,List,/,Design,For,Prints,,Posters,,FramesShutterstock

Wright’s advice she would give her younger self is all about self-love and confidence. “Listen to your heart. If something is on it, it is there for a reason. Some things are only meant to be in your life for a reason or a season. Letting them go with grace will make room for what is meant to stay. Find your people and hold them close. Kindness is cool. Your authentic, genuine, weird and quirky self is the MOST beautiful thing you can be.”

5. Role Model

Wright wants to use her platform with the Denver Broncos and Sports Illustrated to be a role model for younger women. “Winning SI Swim Search to me means being a part of something bigger than myself,” she says. “Being a member of the Sports Illustrated family and having this powerful platform would help me further myself as a mentor and reach a wider audience of our youth. A mentor that demonstrates to our younger generation that you are not limited by your external factors, but rather unlimited by the person you can become from the inside out.”

Chelsea Meissner is bumping along in her bathing suit. In a few new social media posts the Southern Charm and Survivor alum shows off her amazing body – and growing baby bump – in a swimsuit. “Here’s to 32 weeks and learning to embrace my thighs meeting each other for the first time!” she joked in one of the captions. How does the mother-to-be maintain her amazing body? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health and lifestyle habits.

1. She Does Yoga

Chelsea is a yogi. During a girl’s getaway she even tried acro yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

2. She HIkes

Chelsea is a hiker. During the same girl’s getaway she spent a lot of time hiking with her friends. In another post, she hikes the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. “Escapism is an attribute of emotional intelligence.. The mountains win again,” she captioned it.

3. She Surfs

Chelsea is an avid surfer. She recently took a surf trip to Costa Rica. “Surf. Eat. Sleep. Repeat,” she captioned a post. According to the Australian government’s Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.

4. She Rides Horses

Chelsea is also an equestrian. “Fine wine on mountain time,” she captioned a photo of herself horseback. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

5. She Skateboards

When she isn’t by the ocean, you can find Chelsea skateboarding. “The sign said ‘No Skateboarding’.. No one said anything about a @rideonewheel 😬 Loving my new toy.. It’s even more fun off road!” she captioned a post. Skateboarding is an excellent workout that combines cardio, strength, and balance training, explains Beyond the Board. “It's a fun way to get fit, tone muscles, and improve overall health while having a blast!”

Manuela Alvarez Hernandez is one of the hot new models right now. In 2019, she was one of Sports Illustrated’s SI Swim Search winners. And her recent Instagram post proves why she got the job. Hernandez shared a set of photos from the beach. She wore a bunch of different swimsuits, including one in yellow, one in orange, and one in black. Hernandez captioned the post, “Leaving these here just before summer ends.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Manuela Alvarez Hernandez stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Wants To Inspire Others

Inspire,Word,Written,With,Stamp,Letters,,On,Blue,Paper,SeenShutterstock

Hernandez wants to be an inspiration for other Latina models. She talked about this in an interview with HOLA USA, after winning the SI Swim Search. “It’s an honor,” she said. “And for me, it’s huge because coming from Medellin and moving to the U.S., I didn’t really think that my life was going to take this direction. The fact that I’m following my dreams, and I get to be myself and represent Latinas is truly an honor.”

2. She Changed Her Diet and Exercise

Hernandez talked about how she prepped for the SI shoot to HOLA USA. “I knew that the day of the shoot I wanted to feel my best and feel confident,” she said. “A few weeks before, I did work out a lot. I would go to the gym once or twice a day every single day. I tried to cut out dairy, meat and tried to have mainly a plant-based diet. It was really hard for me just because I love food. I love pizza; I love carbs. It really did take a lot for me to restrain myself from eating meat and all the fried foods and all the good stuff. That’s probably the best shape I’ve been in in my life.”

3. She Prioritized Education

At the 2019 SI Swimsuit On Location event in Miami, Hernandez revealed to a reporter that she put school ahead of her modeling dreams. “It honestly feels like a crazy dream,” Hernandez said. “It’s insane to see that it’s becoming a reality and I’m living it. Honestly, I’m really glad that I went to school and got my degree and that now I have the chance to do modeling all the time. Now I’m in LA, so it’s honestly just been amazing.”

4. She Swims

As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Hernandez likes to go to the beach. One thing she likes to do there is swim. She shared this video on Instagram of herself running into the water. Hernandez captioned the post, “I love this feeling.” Better Health states that, “Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good.”

5. She Skis

Swimming isn’t the only outdoor workout Hernandez likes to do. She also enjoys going skiing. Hernandez shared this set of photos and videos of herself on the slopes of Big Bear Mountain. She captioned the post, “A fun day on the mountain.” SkiCanada.org states, “It’s well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more. Regardless of your health and fitness goals, strapping on a pair of skis or a snowboard is sure to fulfill some of them. Due to the versatility of skiing and snowboarding, it can encompass the benefits of a cardio workout, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, and strength training session, all in one fun activity.”

New England Patriots cheerleader Tiana Aliyah spent the last days of summer raising temperatures in the beautiful Dominican Republic. Aliyah shared pictures from her sun-soaked getaway, posing on a lounger in a bright patterned bikini against a beach background of palm trees, blue skies, and ocean waters. “Shoulda put me somewhere where no one could find me,” she captioned the post. “THE DROP WE HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR. This suit was also made for you,” commented fellow cheerleader Xedera Townsend. Here’s how Aliyah stays fit and football-ready.

1. Hiking In the Sunshine

Aliyah loves hiking in the fresh air (she even hiked in platform shoes on vacation). “Hiking offers a variety of benefits, both physical and mental,” says Jen Kates, Pn2, NASM-CPT, ACE Certified Health Coach. “Some benefits may be immediate (such as reduced blood pressure and stress levels, heightened focus and an increase in immune function), whereas other benefits may develop over time, such as weight loss and a decrease in depression.”

2. Grilled Fish and Lime

Aliyah enjoys fish so much she constantly posts pictures of her seafood meals on social media, even joking, “You’re probably tired of me eating fish and telling you. Oh well.” The American Heart Association recommends eating two servings of fatty fish a week for optimum health and wellness. “Fish is a good source of protein and, unlike fatty meat products, it's not high in saturated fat,” AHA experts say. “Regularly eating fish and seafood is consistently associated with lower risk for cardiovascular disease.”

3. Mediterranean Diet

Balanced,Nutrition,Concept,For,Dash,Clean,Eating,Flexitarian,Mediterranean,DietShutterstock

Aliyah loves traditional Mediterranean food, especially olives and red wine. Olives are a great option for a healthy snack that are not only delicious, but satiating, thanks to the high levels of healthy fats they contain. “Olives do what you want a snack to do: They’re good for your health and keep hunger at bay until your next meal,” says Devon Peart, RD, MHSc, BASc.

4. Beach Baby

Aliyah is happiest when vacationing at the beach. Research shows being near the ocean is not only beneficial for physical relaxation, it affects mental health too. “The color blue has been found by an overwhelming amount of people to be associated with feelings of calm and peace,” says Richard Shuster, PsyD, clinical psychologist and host of The Daily Helping podcast. “Staring at the ocean actually changes our brain waves’ frequency and puts us into a mild meditative state.”

5. Dancing Queen

Like her fellow cheerleaders, Aliyah is a fantastic professional dancer, which has both brain and physical health benefits. “Dancing is mainly linked to physical health benefits, but when you dance you are moving different part of your body in a coordinated way, and this activates several parts of the brain,” says the British Heart Foundation. “One small study even found that dancing is associated with a lower risk of dementia.”

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
