She Does Core Workouts
In her Instagram video, Lewin is seen doing a lot of core workouts. Harvard Health reports that core workouts have a lot of benefits. "No matter where motion starts, it ripples upward and downward to adjoining links of the chain. Thus, weak or inflexible core muscles can impair how well your arms and legs function. And that saps power from many of the moves you make. Properly building up your core cranks up the power. A strong core also enhances balance and stability. Thus, it can help prevent falls and injuries during sports or other activities. In fact, a strong, flexible core underpins almost everything you do."
She Orders Food Online

Lewin says that she avoids buying unhealthy foods, and that buying food online helps her eat better. "Online grocery shopping is a great way to stay on track with your goals because you will not be tempted by all the goodies throughout the grocery store."
She's Vegan
Lewin tells Hello! Magazine that she has made some changes to her diet. "I have essentially become a vegan. It's really hard for me to find protein sources that really taste good, so the struggle is real." Harvard Health states that a vegan diet has a lot of benefits. "A recent meta-analysis, published in JAMA Internal Medicine, looked at nine observational studies totaling over 300,000 participants to see how plant-based diets (both vegan and vegetarian) relate to type 2 diabetes risk. The study found that those most closely following plant-based diets (emphasizing foods like whole grains, legumes, nuts, vegetables, and fruits, while de-emphasizing or eliminating animal foods such as meat, dairy, and eggs) had a 23% lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes."
