Michelle McCool in Two-Piece Workout Gear "Did Upper Body Yesterday"

She stays incredibly dedicated and driven when it comes to her fitness routine.

The American Pro wrestler and WWE women's champion, Michelle McCool, made an entire career out of her love for fitness and working out. She posted on Instagram, "did upper body yesterday, so hit a little leg & booty burn today! #consistencyiskey #blessed #teamusa🇺🇸 #getit💪🏽." She stays incredibly dedicated and driven when it comes to her fitness routine, but what else does she do to stay in shape? Turns out McCool has a lot of healthy habits.

1

She believes in synchronicity

She believes that every aspect of your life, whether it be physical, mental, and even your emotions should be in sync for you to really be in a good place healthwise. According to WWE, she said "I believe physical, spiritual and emotional well-being tie in together." According to the National Library of Medicine, "in addition to the apparent physical health benefits, physical activity also affects mental health positively."

2

She believes in starting little and working her way up

She believes in working her way up in the industry and with health and wellness. According to WWE, she said "I think people become overwhelmed when they try to do something and stick to it every single day. My advice is to pick something different each day to focus on. If it's being more self-confident that day, pick something you like about yourself, focus on that and you'll find that when you're more happy within, that's going to show up on the outside. Or maybe it's eating breakfast the next day to kick start your metabolism. Maybe it's going for a walk around the block. Whatever it is, start little and work your way up and you'll just see a huge difference."

She pushes herself hard in the gym

On a video of her pushing herself, workout out and lifting on Instagram, she captioned it, "hadn't worked out in 4 days, don't feel great (rarely get sick & def think this combo contributes to the cold👎🏽)," she said on Instagram. "so…woke up at 4AM (4:30 is normal bc I'm an early bird), decided to get on up! Had my quiet time/morning devo🛐then contemplated chancing a quick workout before at least one kiddo wakes! Got in a decent little 40-min workout & back in the house before anyone woke! Now headed out for a walk in my comfy Team 🇺🇸@skims! Kinda feel unstoppable today😂#grateful #McCoolMoves #blessed #selfcare #justmove #devilisaphony💪🏽." She really puts in the work at the gym, making all the difference in the world.

4

She believes in forming good habits

She knows the importance of building healthy habits. According to WWE, she said "it's amazing we have a week dedicated to National Women's Health, but it's really something that we need to focus on everyday. Make it a habit. There are so many habits that we have that are bad. Why not make some good ones? I think it's something we should stay focused on day in and day out."

5

She believes consistency is important

On a video of her workout out, featuring clips of various weight training moves, she says on Instagram, "makin' gainz…..well, trying🤣Sometimes forget how old I am, but got a little sweat sesh in💪🏽#consistencyiskey #mccoolmoves." She aims to stay consistent with her workouts, keeping her strong and fit. According to the Mayo Clinic, "regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key."
