The American Pro wrestler and WWE women’s champion, Michelle McCool, made an entire career out of her love for fitness and working out. She posted on Instagram, “did upper body yesterday, so hit a little leg & booty burn today! #consistencyiskey #blessed #teamusa🇺🇸 #getit💪🏽.” She stays incredibly dedicated and driven when it comes to her fitness routine, but what else does she do to stay in shape? Turns out McCool has a lot of healthy habits.

1. She believes in synchronicity

She believes that every aspect of your life, whether it be physical, mental, and even your emotions should be in sync for you to really be in a good place healthwise. According to WWE, she said “I believe physical, spiritual and emotional well-being tie in together.” According to the National Library of Medicine, “in addition to the apparent physical health benefits, physical activity also affects mental health positively.”

2. She believes in starting little and working her way up

She believes in working her way up in the industry and with health and wellness. According to WWE, she said “I think people become overwhelmed when they try to do something and stick to it every single day. My advice is to pick something different each day to focus on. If it's being more self-confident that day, pick something you like about yourself, focus on that and you'll find that when you're more happy within, that's going to show up on the outside. Or maybe it's eating breakfast the next day to kick start your metabolism. Maybe it's going for a walk around the block. Whatever it is, start little and work your way up and you'll just see a huge difference.”

3. She pushes herself hard in the gym

On a video of her pushing herself, workout out and lifting on Instagram, she captioned it, “hadn’t worked out in 4 days, don’t feel great (rarely get sick & def think this combo contributes to the cold👎🏽),” she said on Instagram. “so…woke up at 4AM (4:30 is normal bc I’m an early bird), decided to get on up! Had my quiet time/morning devo🛐then contemplated chancing a quick workout before at least one kiddo wakes! Got in a decent little 40-min workout & back in the house before anyone woke! Now headed out for a walk in my comfy Team 🇺🇸@skims! Kinda feel unstoppable today😂#grateful #McCoolMoves #blessed #selfcare #justmove #devilisaphony💪🏽.” She really puts in the work at the gym, making all the difference in the world.

4. She believes in forming good habits

She knows the importance of building healthy habits. According to WWE, she said “it's amazing we have a week dedicated to National Women's Health, but it's really something that we need to focus on everyday. Make it a habit. There are so many habits that we have that are bad. Why not make some good ones? I think it's something we should stay focused on day in and day out.”

5. She believes consistency is important

On a video of her workout out, featuring clips of various weight training moves, she says on Instagram, “makin’ gainz…..well, trying🤣Sometimes forget how old I am, but got a little sweat sesh in💪🏽#consistencyiskey #mccoolmoves.” She aims to stay consistent with her workouts, keeping her strong and fit. According to the Mayo Clinic, “regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key.”

WWE Hall of Famer Stacy Keibler embraces a holistic approach to health, focusing on both mental and physical well-being. Recently, she shared an Instagram video of her workout routine, captioned, “It’s not just about staying fit—it’s about unlocking your inner strength and living your best life. ✨💪.” The video emphasizes the importance of daily movement, with the text reading, “Never underestimate the power of moving your body every day.” From dopamine-boosting activities to clean eating and self-care, Stacy prioritizes a balanced and intentional lifestyle. Here’s how she stays on top of her health and wellness.

She focuses on dopamine

She looks for ways to get that hit of dopamine. “Taking in some sunshine when I can tops my list, tell me yours! I’m always on the lookout for good things to add to mine 💖☺️ #dopaminemenu,” she said on Instagram. Other ways to get that rush on her list include making the bed, meditating, calling friends, working out, lemon water, and taking supplements. According to the Cleveland Clinic, “dopamine is a neurotransmitter made in your brain. It plays a role as a “reward center” and in many body functions, including memory, movement, motivation, mood, attention and more.”

She swaps artificial dyes

In an effort to avoid refined sugars and harmful dyes, she finds ways to incorporate sweet treats into the holidays. “This year we’re swapping the artificial dyes and refined sugars for fun, healthier alternatives. This “candy” apple bar is made with sliced apples dipped in chocolate and caramel sauces that are free of harmful dyes, emulsifiers, and preservatives. Just chop up a variety of your favorite nuts and let the kids go to town. My kids definitely enjoyed it! 😂🧡,” she said on Instagram.

She’s grateful

She’s thankful for her beautiful life. “Another trip around the sun, and my heart overflows with gratitude. 🌙✨ There’s a quiet beauty in the passing time—a sense of gaining deeper wisdom, greater strength, and a clarity about what truly matters that brings everything into focus. I’m thankful for this life, my family, my friends and the simple things like feeling the earth beneath me and the sand between my toes. 🌊💛 Right here, right now, there is no place I’d rather be,” she said on Instagram.

She has blue spirulina

She incorporates blue spirulina into her diet. “Just stopping by to add a pop of color into your life with blue spirulina! 💙 Not only does it brighten up your day, but it also boosts nitric oxide, relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. And it’s anti-inflammatory powers can even help with allergies! 🌿,” she said on Instagram.

She does self care

She prioritizes self care and detox when it comes to her health and wellness routine. “Even when we prioritize healthy living, we can still encounter toxins in our everyday environment—whether it’s from air pollution, food, water, household products, or personal care items. While minimizing exposure is essential, it’s nearly impossible to avoid them entirely. That’s why incorporating detox practices into my wellness routine has been such a game-changer! I can truly feel the difference. It’s all about elevating my health from the inside out. ✨,” she said on Instagram.

Ashlyn Little is a professional bodybuilder. She competes in the IFBB. Last month, she hit the gym, and shared a stunning post on Instagram. In it, Little showed off her figure as she posed in workout clothes. She also did squats with a machine. She captioned the post, “Just a small girl with a ant 🐜 booty hard at work 👀😂”

She Works Hard

Little talked about the importance of working hard in the caption of this Instagram post. “This shape wasn’t built in a month or a few months or a year or a few years. BUT 10 YEARS… 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 my shape has never looked like this and I started my fitness journey in 2014 😳 When I started I never put a time line on how long until I achieved a certain physique. I just told myself as long as I’m able to go to the gym and train and eat healthy that’s what I decided I was going to do. I never turned back and I never got upset for how long it took cause I knew the muscle would come eventually as long as I kept going. Here we are now 10 years later and am I happy with my progress and what I see? YES!! But I’m never satisfied and for that I keep working 😤 Each year I get a little bit better and I learn a lot more! There is NO time line for me. I just love building my physique and I love this lifestyle so for all I care the growth can be slow or fast.”

She Has Support

Little has a lot of support that helps keep her in shape. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Hardest thing in prep for me is prep goggles hands down. Seeing one thing when others see something completely different. Constantly thinking ‘am I even going to be good enough?’ During these moments I always lean on my support system to keep my eyes and mind in check. The best advice I can give is to take the thinking out of it completely & never compare yourself to anyone but you. Don’t let the mind wonder. Just do your job and follow the plan. It’s your coaches job to tell you if you’re not on point or where you’re supposed to be. I’ve worked hard on this aspect of prep this year. Not questioning just following my coaches lead. Don’t allow your thoughts to consume your mind and sabotage your prep. I’m thankful for my support system and my coach heading into the biggest show of the year. No worries, no stress, no fears. Just a lot of hard work, following the plan and keeping my mind on the daily tasks at hand AND THATS IT 💯🙏🏼🤍”

She Lifts Weights

Little shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen using a barbell and weights. Little captioned the post, “Glutes and hammies my first workout back home post show 🍑 it was so nice to be able to enjoy some time off with my loved ones 🥹🙏🏼 and getting back to work this week has felt so good!!! Love that refreshing feeling of a first workout back 🔥 @ccash15_ifbbpro.”

She Does Squats

Ashlyn Little doing squats at the gym.

Ashlyn Little/Instagram

Little is seen doing squats in the previous Instagram post and the post from a month ago. Squats have a lot of benefits. Allina Health states, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Lunges

In her lower body workout Instagram post, Little is seen doing lunges to keep herself in shape. Lunges have a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness states, “They’re a form of unilateral training, which means you’re working only one limb or side of the body at a time. And unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”
