Although she footed the bill for her girls' getaway, her friend group fuels quite a bit of drama, eye rolls, and sidebar chats. Jaclyn is certainly a fun personality, and, let's face it: She looks fantastic in a swimsuit and tropical attire. Real talk? Michelle Monaghan always looks swimsuit-ready, making her a perfect fit for the role. Here are just a few things the actress does to stay in peak shape.

She Loves Pilates

Pilates is a great total-body workout that focuses on strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility. Michelle is a major fan of this form of exercise and does it to keep in shape.

The celeb posted a video of herself training on the Pilates reformer, and it's captioned, "Currently, I'm in love with Pilates, thanks mostly to @embench, founder of @pilathon in Miami. Pilates is a game changer for mind, body and spirit. I've been training at Emily's studio for the last six months and I've never felt stronger, more flexible and grounded. Her studio has been my home away from home and I'm so grateful to her and her beautiful community of instructors and clients."

She Does Virtual Workouts

In addition to heading to the studio, Michelle is no stranger to virtual workouts.

She posed in a New Balance sports bra selfie and captioned her Instagram post, "Well it's 2pm but I got that workout in. Thanks to all the trainers (here's looking at you @bodybyfar), meditators, energy workers, DJ's, dance instructors and independent freelancers for going 'LIVE' and sharing your talents with us. And a special shout-out to my family for creating the space and time for me to do this. Cuz my mental health depends on it. A new balance indeed."

She Runs

Michelle previously revealed to Into The Gloss that she loves running and even completed a half marathon. It's a goal of hers to do another one.

"I haven't always been a runner, but my friend put me up to it, and I thought, 'Oh God. OK, I'll do it.' I must have been hungover or something when she asked me because I was feeling guilty, but I managed to do it! And I would do another one. Doing the TCS New York City Marathon is sort of on my bucket list."

She Stays Hydrated

The actress also discussed her diet with Into The Gloss. Michelle pointed out that she stays hydrated by drinking plenty of water and green juice.

"In terms of what I eat, everything's pretty healthy," the celeb explained. "I drink so much water—at least 3 liters a day. I also always take a green juice with me that's made up of kale, celery, cucumber, sometimes some ginger, and lemon thrown in there, but I stay away from apple and the sugary stuff."

She Believes In Moderation

Michelle consumes a nutritious diet, but she also treats herself.

"I eat a really well-balanced diet, but I'm also the girl that likes to go to the beach all day and get a Number Three at McDonald's on the way home—everything in moderation," she said. "By default, you want to eat well when you have a family. I'm trying to introduce them to nice, healthy fish and things like that."
