Michelle Pfeiffer is ready to exercise – in her yoga pants. In a new social media post the 65-year-old actress shows off her amazing body in workout clothes prepping for a sweat session. “Me-warming up for my workout 🏋️😩It’s a must, but who hates working out as much as I do?!?” she captioned the photo. “Me,” responded Lisa Rinna. “❤️ love❤️” added Tatum O’Neal. How does the star approach health and wellness? Celebwell has the details on her diet and fitness habits.

1. She Went From Vegan to “Paleoish”

"I love the vegan diet because I love carbs," Michelle told Urbanette. "Eating this kind of food is much healthier, and you avoid a lot of toxins that could age your skin and body. I noticed a difference in my skin not long after I became a vegan." However, more recently she told The Sunday Times Style supplement, that vegan was just a “phase,”adding that she is now “paleoish”

2. She Loves Mexican and “Crunchy, Salty” Food

Mexican,Tacos,With,BeefShutterstock

"My favourite food in the world is Mexican food," Michelle dished to Good Housekeeping. "I’m not a dessert person. I'm more of a crunchy, salty girl. I could live on chips and salsa. I would take a Mexican meal over some fancy French cuisine anytime."

3. There Is No “Magic Bullet” for Staying in Shape

Michelle is a straight shooter when it comes to what it takes to stay in shape. "You have to eat right," she told The Express. "You have to exercise. You have to get sleep. We're always looking for that magic bullet and they don't exist."

4. Yoga, Pilates, Walking, Running, and Biking

As for exercise, Pfeiffer mixes up her workouts. She told The Sunday Times Style that she dabbles in “a bit of yoga [and] a bit of Pilates” and also walks, runs and bikes.

5. She Embraces Aging

Michelle is totally okay with aging. “I certainly see that I’ve changed,” she told People. “I just try not to dwell on it. Aging happens to every single one of us. Once you accept that it unburdens you.” She added to Oprah Daily: “The older I’ve gotten, the easier it’s become. You reach a threshold where you’re fine with looking good for your age instead of looking young for your age, and I’ve crossed it. Would I like to look the way I did in my early 30s? You bet, but that’s not going to happen, and I don’t feel the same pressure I once did to do so. It’s quite a relief, honestly.

Cheryl Burke has no plans of returning to Dancing With the Stars as of now, but she is dishing about her time on the show in a new podcast Sex, Lies, & Spray Tans where she interviews previous contestants and pro dancers to get the dirt on flings, heated arguments and all the drama that the audience didn't see. The 39-year-old believes the podcast will honor the show that she was a part of for 26 seasons, but isn't holding back on the secrets. "I do believe we owe it to the fans, first of all, just to celebrate the fact that the show has been on for so long," she told PEOPLE. "We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the fans." Although Burke isn't competing for the mirror ball trophy right now, she does still keep up with her workouts. Here's how the dancer stays in shape. Read on.

1. She Does Yoga

She wrote, "There are not enough words that I can write in this caption to describe my deepest gratitude and appreciation for @brookeburke, @yogandoretreats, and the amazing people who I spent the last few days with. You know who you are! I will forever cherish our time together and thank you for sharing your vulnerability, your strengths, and most of all, thank you for sharing your heart with me."

2. She Works Out Six Days a Week

In a 2020 interview with Hollywood Life, Burke shared her fitness routine and every day she does a different workout. Whether it's boxing, cardio, yoga or the treadmill, the former pro dancer stays active.

3. On Her Day Off From Working Out She Walks

She told Hollywood Life, [I’m] "loving my Fitbit because it makes me want to reach my specific goals and it pushes you to do so along the way, all the while tracking my sleep, water intake, and number of steps per day, etc. Each workout is almost 60 minutes long."

Danielle Peazer has 1 million followers on Instagram and a community of people passionate about health, wellness, beauty, fashion, and more, including motherhood. “Possibly the most exposing video for me and a far cry from any other fitness content I’ve ever shared. I’ve always been so in control of my body, from what it looks like to how it functions - I pushed it to its limit when I was a dancer and when I became pregnant I struggled massively with letting go of that control and letting it grow and change how it needed to for my baby,” she said on Instagram. “Now I’m in my post partum stage, I’m ready to find that control again, not only for my mental state, but I also want to look a certain way, and that’s ok to admit. I was severely humbled when I started working out after my 6 week check up, I’ve lost pretty much all my abdominal strength and am having to be patient whilst I get it back gradually and in a healthy way. I’m sharing this for anyone who feels like they’re not where they want to be, whether it be in relation to fitness or not. Keep going, know that things can and will get better, it might take a lot of hard work but it will be so worth it to feel your best again 🙌🏼 #postpartum #postpartumfitness #fitnessmotivation.” Here’s what Danielle does to stay in great shape.

1. She wants to motivate others

She works hard to keep herself in great shape, and wants to lead others down the same path, inspiring them to work towards their health and fitness goals. “My goal is to help motivate and inspire you to find joy in your daily routine and reach your goals,” she said on her website.

2. She spends time outside

She enjoys spending time outside, soaking up every minute of summer. “Summer will always be my favourite season ✨ The perfect evening watching the sunset on a rooftop with @theouai & friends 🌅,” she said on Instagram. According to UC Davis, “being outdoors can also have relaxing effects on our minds. Nature can provide a mental break by allowing us to temporarily escape the demands of everyday life. It can also boost your creativity and problem-solving abilities.”

3. She does yoga

She factors yoga into her routine. “Being a new mum is a bit like when you’re younger and join a new after school club. You’re excited to try something different but nervous in case you don’t fit in and you hope to meet likeminded people and make friends. That’s how I felt going to this mum & baby yoga. I wanted to walk out when Mia wouldn’t stop crying, all the other babies were quiet and sleeping and she was having a meltdown over a god knows what. But I did my best to comfort her and eventually managed to fit in at least one downward dog in the hour long session,” she said on Instagram.

4. She loves a quick workout

She works out, even if she’s a little short on time. “A new session has just dropped on Pause, it’s perfect if you’re short on time or don’t want to spend ages doing your workout but still want to feel it in your muscles,” she said on Instagram. “I’ve never been one for spending hours in the gym or overthinking a workout. And in the lead up to Christmas, we’re all a little bit more limited with time but it’s still so important to find moments during the day to focus on yourself. Your workout can be over before you know it and you can carry on with the rest of your day knowing you’ve done something for yourself in as little as 10 minutes.”

5. She does pilates

She includes pilates in her workout routine. “Reformer Pilates is one of the only workouts I do outside of the app - it’s nice to not have to listen to my own voice telling me what to do every so often! I’m also lucky to have a studio nearby that I can visit weekly and one thing I’ve discovered since going to regular classes is that most of the work I do during the session can be recreated without the reformer bed, enabling me to gain the maximum from each move and help me feel the same burn with a quick session at home if I want to,” she said on Instagram.

January Jones is sweating away in the sun this summer…in her swimsuit! The Mad Men star flaunts her gorgeous body in a polka dot swimsuit via her latest social media post. “102• RIP my grass,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the 44-year-old maintain her fit physique? Read on to see 5 ways January Jones stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Does Pilates

Pilates is January’s go-to workout. "Two or three years ago I started doing barre classes, and after that I took regular private Pilates lessons. Then a friend told me about Lagree Pilates," she told Shape in February 2020. "I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle. I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked."

2. She Also Does Yoga

January also loves to do yoga. She trains with Kirschen, a private yoga instructor based in Los Angeles, and regularly shares photos of their sessions together. “Whether you’re a couch potato or a professional athlete, size and fitness levels do not matter because there are modifications for every yoga pose and beginner classes in every style,” explains Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California to the American Osteopathic Association. “The idea is to explore your limits, not strive for some pretzel-like perfection. It is a great way to get in tune with your body and your inner self.”

3. She Loves Group Fitness

Group,Of,F???,People,Doing,Pilates,Exercises,With,Chair,,Barrel,Shutterstock

January is all about exercise classes because “music is good” and the routine changes so “it doesn’t get boring.” She added to Shape: “I like having women on both sides of me to push me. When I did the private Pilates lessons a couple of years ago, I just saw myself getting lazy with it because there wasn’t that drive for competition. For me, that’s what’s motivating. If there’s someone strong next to me, I definitely want to up my game. I find myself looking forward to it more than I’ve ever looked forward to a workout.”

4. Her Diet Is Healthy, Organic, and Balanced

FARFETCH Beauty Launch PartyStefanie Keenan/Getty Images

“I don’t deprive myself of anything. If I want something—steak, a bagel—I’ll eat it. There’s no diet or strict set of rules,” she dished to Shape about how she eats. “I don’t get hungry until around 10 a.m., but since I usually do Lagree at 9:30, I’ll make myself eat a banana beforehand so I don’t get too shaky. Then I have a MacroBar afterward and eat lunch around 11:30—usually salad, soup, or a sandwich,” she revealed. She also loves to cook and might make salmon with french fries or pasta for herself and son, Xander. “We try to have lots of green veggies,” she added. One way she gets her greens in? “Last winter, I started drinking celery juice every day, and I’ve seen amazing results in my energy, digestion, and skin and how I sleep. I have that in the morning, then I take my vitamins and drink coffee.” She also eats organic. “No antibiotics or hormones in meats is really important to me, and so is eating sustainable fish. I don’t want to be that annoying person in the restaurant who’s like, ‘Where’s this fish from?’ But I do it anyway.”

5. She Does Cardio Barre

January told InStyle that she likes Cardio Barre, a combination of traditional barre moves with non-stop movements. “I feel better. I feel stronger. It’s muscle, obviously. I gained weight, but I feel tighter and more energetic, and exercising is legit,” she explained.

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently.
