Millie Bobby Brown in Two-Piece Workout Gear Plays "This or That"

She wore her Florence by Mills collection.

Millie Bobby Brown is playing with fashion – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the Stranger Things star shows off her amazing body in workout gear from her Florence by Mills collection. "let's play *this or that* with fbm fashion! ps: you can shop my @florencebymillsfashion favs now on @amazon!" she captioned the post. How does the young star approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Lift Weights

Millie relies on strength training to stay in shape. Per Seventeen, in one of her Instagram Stories she perfectly executed knee-to-chest reps, an arm routine, and also did ab work. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Millie fights for her body, and she is serious about boxing. "It's not a training workout. I train to box," she told Vulture. "Obviously I don't want to do it professionally. But I have done some inter-clubs before. It's at Phoenix MMA U.K., down in London. It's a great gym, and I have lots of friends," she says. "So I like to go to the gym. I do Thai boxing Mondays, jujitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesdays." Millie has a punching bag right outside in her garden. "I'm obsessed with working out. I eat like a pig so it kind of makes up for that."

Scuba Diving

Millie is a scuba diver. She and husband Jake Bongiovi recently went on a dive. "Just keep swimming," she captioned it. Like snorkeling, scuba is a great aerobic exercise, burning calories, and offering other health benefits like improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Aerial Silk

Millie's favorite form of fitness? "I love aerial silks. It's always been a passion of mine," Millie told Glamour UK. "So I find using aerial silks really fun and therapeutic – it gives me a break from the world. And you find art within it. While I was doing it, I thought, gosh, the silks in so many ways represent womanhood: there's strength, both masculinity and femininity, and you can create poses and shapes that are so different to show your sexuality," she continued. "It represents so much: you can be big and you can be tiny and you can be afraid of the silk. You can be afraid of the height you are going at. You can be afraid of how low you are. And so it represents a story."

Millie is a coffee drinker, and regularly gets a jolt during work with the help of a cup. "Quick coffee break on set ☺️☕️♥️," she captioned a post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
