Moraya Wilson is heating up Vietnam in her swimsuit. In a new social media post Miss Universe Australia flaunts her amazingly fit figure in a tiny bathing suit while modeling in Asia. “Aussie beaches are always my favourite… but shooting this in Vietnam is a close second,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “So unbelievably hot,” commented one of her followers. “Obsessed,” added another, while several commented with fire emojis. How does the beauty queen prioritize health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Skiing

Moraya has a “sporting background,” she told GC Mag. “I competed for 8 years internationally as a downhill ski racer, I spent the majority of my adolescence training and racing as both a ski racer.” Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.
2. Running
She was also a track athlete, and still spends a lot of time running. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
3. She Cycles
Moraya loves to cycle. “2 birds 1 stone with exercising at work,” she joked in this caption. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
4. Strength and Weight Training
Moraya does weight and strength training workouts. She uses light weights, medicine balls, and kettlebells. She shared “little snippets” from her workout recently. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
5. She Hydrates
Moraya understands the importance of hydration. “Drink your water,” she captioned this post. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
6. Me Time
Moraya indulges in self-care when she gets a break. “My most ideal way to spend a day off, is ticking off my errands for the week, going to the gym, and then relaxing with my family, cooking, eating and playing cards,” she said.
