She's Confident
Rae opened up about her career in an interview with Grazia. In it, she shared her secrets for being hired. Rae says that being confident is important, and the her confidence came from going back to jobs she’d been rejected from. “Going to last year’s casting and getting a rejection the first time really helped me this year to be more confident. Knowing the casting team, that you are going to see, makes it a lot easier to be excited instead of scared.”
She Eats A Balanced Diet
Rae makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She opened up about it in her Grazia interview. Rae says that she believes in balance and doesn’t like to deprive herself. “I wouldn’t call it a diet. I call it a healthy lifestyle. From chicken and veggies to cheat days, I cover the full range, but I always make sure to keep the balance. We all need sweets.”
She Loves Lemon Water

It’s a good way to work vitamin C and antioxidants into your everyday diet. And lemon juice is a natural flavor for your drinks, instead of depending on sugar or flavorings. Lemon water is low in calories and high in vitamins and nutrients.”
She Swims
Rae likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself swimming in Greece. According to The Mayo Clinic, swimming has a lot of health benefits. "Swimming is easy on the joints, and it's very good for both cardiac health and your core strength. And it also can give you really excellent strength around the shoulders, and hips and knees,” says Dr. Matthew Crowe, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert.
