Molly Sims in Bikini Says “Bye Kids”

Molly Sims is living her best kid-free summer in her bikini. In a new social media post the supermodel shows off her fantastic figure in a tiny string bikini as she celebrates some adults-only time. “Bye kids 😜,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Gorgeous,” commented one of her followers. “Forever Bikini Inspo!!!👙🙌🙌✨,” added another. How does the star make 52 look like 25? Here are her go-to diet and fitness habits.

Molly isn’t into crash diets, but sticks to clean eating. “It’s more about living healthy and how you’re feeling,” she told Women’s Health. “I truly, truly don’t like the word ‘diet.’ I don’t even like the scale. I use a pair of jeans; the jeans don’t lie I can tell you that.” Her method of eating eliminates a few things. “I tend to stay away from anything super sugary, like orange juice grapefruit juice, because it really spikes me,” she added. “I try to stay away from dried fruits; it’s ultimately full of sugar.” She also avoids gluten. “It’s not that I’m celiac; I just feel better when I have less of it,” she said. One of her tricks is ordering a salad as soon as she sits down to eat. “I don’t care if I’m being rude to the rest of the table,” she added to Shape. “Then I’m not tempted to reach for that bread,” she explained. Finally, she fuels up on healthy fats. “I would have never eaten an avocado 10 years ago if you paid me,” she told Health. “Like, are you joking? But now, instead of binging [and] not eating all day, eat it and then you won’t binge.”

Molly is into intermittent fasting, starting the day with a smoothie with blueberries, almond milk, Vital Proteins protein, and greens at noon. “I will normally not eat much past 6:30 or 7 p.m. because I find that it’s easier to lose weight,” she told Women’s Health.
HIIT Workouts
Molly claims that HIIT-style workouts are key. “I used to be that girl who wouldn’t pick up the 2-lb weights at SoulCycle with the fear that I’d bulk. That mentality has shifted drastically,” she explained on her blog. “On good days, workout. On bad days, workout harder,” she added on Instagram. “Today’s circuit is what I do when I just have 20 minutes with @lauralizkeller [Sims’ personal trainer] to get it in and still break a sweat!”
Different Workouts
Molly revealed to The Newsette that she gets in an early morning workout at 6 a.m. every morning, but mixes up her workouts. A few of her go-tos include Tracy Anderson Method, Dance Body, Blogilates, and Megan Roup’s The Sculpt Society.
Self-Care
You “have to” prioritize self-care, says Molly. “You literally have to calendar your own self in. As we all know, guilt isn’t real; it’s just what we tell ourselves. The better you feel about yourself, the better person you are; the better mom you are,” she told New Beauty. “You feel more prepared to take on the world. Like yesterday, I was like, ‘I want to go to summer camp. I want to be fed, I want to sleep. Put in me summer camp, OK? Send me to mom summer camp.”
