Molly Sims In Polka-Dot Bikini Says “Sunday”

Molly Sims is enjoying vacation with her family, and she shared some highlights on Instagram. In a recent post, she and her family are seen enjoying a boat ride, swimming, and enjoying time downtown. Molly made sure to look beachy and chic for her trip. In some photos, Molly wore a long white dress, black hat, and black bikini. In others, she wore a polka dot one. Molly captioned the post, “Sunday.” How did she get her bikini body? Here are 5 of Molly Sims’ secrets.
She Doesn’t Weigh Herself
When it comes to wellness, Molly focuses on being healthy, not how much she weighs. In fact, she revealed to Women’s Health that she doesn’t even use a scale. “It’s more about living healthy and how you’re feeling. I truly, truly don’t like the word ‘diet.’ I don’t even like the scale. I use a pair of jeans; the jeans don’t lie I can tell you that.”
She Doesn’t Eat Gluten
Molly makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Women’s Health that she has limited or flat out removed certain foods from her diet. One thing that Molly limits is gluten. “I try to cut out as much gluten as I can,” she explains. “It’s not that I’m celiac; I just feel better when I have less of it.”
She Loves Salad
For lunch, Molly loves eating salads. “I’ll do either a salmon salad with butter lettuce or mesclun greens and black olives plus, sweet potatoes for heartiness and roasted almonds for crunch,” she tells Women’s Health. “I love a hearty salad. I do a mustard dressing with Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper to taste. It’s delicious.”
She Limits Carbs Starting In The Late Afternoon
While Molly isn’t completely carb-free, she does limit them starting in the late afternoon. “I have to watch carbs around 4 p.m.,” she tells Parade. “There’s nothing better than a Nut-Thin cracker with hummus, but even though those are gluten-free, they’re also a lot of carbs, so I’m better off doing a smoothie or coffee or English Breakfast tea and adding a little protein powder.”
She Loves Whey Protein
Molly loves whey protein. She tells Parade that she uses it in several of her foods. “I add Isopure whey protein to my coffee. I’ll also add it to an egg white recipe and I made banana blueberry muffins with vanilla icing [with it]. It’s not chalky, so you don’t taste it, and I’ll also add it to a smoothie with blueberries and dates and almond milk, flax seeds and chia seeds.”
