Molly Sims is a successful model, wellness maven, and YSE Beauty founder. Recently, she and her husband went to a dinner for Cartier, and she made sure to look good. Molly shared some highlights from the night on Instagram. She wore a dress with a silver sparkly top and a black skirt, showing off her legs. Molly’s flawless skin was also on display that night. She captioned the post, “All about the sequins. Thank you @cartier and @charlespfinch for an incredible dinner 💋” How does Molly Sims look so good? Here are 5 of her wellness secrets, and the photos that prove they work.
She Has A Bedtime Routine
Molly has a busy life, from her career to her family. However, she makes sure to get enough sleep. One way that helps her do this is having a bedtime routine. “Lately, [a routine] just helps me fall asleep faster and that’s important because to lay there for an hour is never fun,” she explains to E! News. “I crush a nighttime routine, it’s all about creating those little rituals.”
She Eats A Lot Of Protein

Molly shared some of her go-to meals with The Cut. For breakfast, she loves a lot of protein packed food. “I crave protein,” Molly says. “It’s literally what I need for my O-negative blood type. I just feel better whether I’m having almond butter or egg whites, or avocado toast with turkey.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Molly does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorites with The Cut. “I do circuits,” Molly said. “Anything like Body by Simone, Tracy Anderson, or anything with a lot of cardio mixed with leg and arm work. Each day is different. If I do one thing one day, I don’t do it the next day. I’ll run, or I’ll walk, or I’ll hike, or I’ll do Pilates. For me, the best thing for boredom is to always mix it up.”
She Doesn’t Do Too Much To Her Skin

Molly shared what her beauty mantra is with Harper’s Bazaar. “Less is more. I absolutely had come full circle on that. I think burning your skin and messing up your skin barrier with all of the lasers is excessive, and you can see the effects of it on women now. I see it all the time—too much plastic surgery too. A little goes such a long way, and even though you have to do it a little bit more frequently, it’s better.”
She Uses Skincare Products From Her Line

Molly uses a lot of her YSE Beauty products on her skin. She shared some of her routine in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. “I first use the Take It Off Gel Oil Cleanser. The scent is so good; there’s no fragrance, but it’s a fresh, natural cucumber scent. I use it dry and Gua Sha with it.”
