Jamie Chadwick, a trailblazing motorsport racer, stays in top form through dedication to fitness and healthy habits. Recently, she shared photos of her intense workout sessions on Instagram, captioning, “Big push for the last race of the season 💪.” From strength training to finding ways to unwind, Chadwick is committed to maintaining her health both on and off the track.

1. She works out

She incorporates plenty of workouts into her routine and she’s noticing the benefits. “Hard work paying off 🏋️‍♀️ Ready for a double header at Laguna Seca this weekend 💪,” she said on a video on Instagram of her exercising. According to the Mayo Clinic, “the health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, no matter their age, sex or physical ability.”

2. She unwinds

She finds time to unwind and relax. “Knew exactly what @lego set would work perfectly at home soon as I saw it 👀 Been a busy year of racing but no better way for me to unwind in off-season 🙌 #advertisement #LEGO,” she said on a series of photos on Instagram.

3. She has healthy habits

Chadwick’s day-to-day life and routine includes a little self care, pampering, workouts, and protein packed meals. “A day in the life on race day,” she said on a video on Instagram.

4. She lifts

In the gym, she factors in strength training to build muscle. “Winter preparations underway 📈 Feeling great 💪,” she said on a video on Instagram of her lifting weights. According to the Mayo Clinic, “strength training can reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic conditions, such as arthritis, back pain, obesity, heart disease, depression and diabetes.”

5. She runs

Even when she’s traveling (in this case, to Singapore) she makes time for her health, running on the treadmill in the gym and lifting weights. “Getting acclimatised 🇸🇬🏋️‍♀️,” she said on Instagram. According to Better Health, “regular physical activity such as running can significantly improve mental health, self-confidence, healthy [aging], and quality of life.”

Ana Carrasco is prepping her body during preseason – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the motorcycle racer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during an intense workout session at the gym. “Another day in the office! Preseason mode is already activated,” she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Walking

Ana makes sure to get her steps in. “Track walk done and all ready to start the weekend!” she captioned an Instagram post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Hiking

While back in Spain, Ana took a hike. “No place like home,” she captioned a photo taken during the hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Massage

As part of her self-care and recovery routine, Ana gets regular rub downs. “How training days at home looks like,” she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, studies support the many benefits of getting a regular rub down. These include stress reduction, lessening pain and muscle tightness, increased relaxation, and improved immunity.

Strength Training

In her recent post Ana strength trains at the gym. She does a variety of exercises, including single leg lunges, pullups, squats, and weights. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Stretching

Ana Carrasco stretches after a workout.

In the same post, she ends her workout with stretches. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

Model and professional racecar driver Lindsay Brewer is lending her time and racing skills to a very good cause. Brewer, 26, shared pictures of herself wearing black leggings and a cropped athletic jacket, flashing the peace sign for the camera. “What a great day with @kart4kidsproam raising money for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital🏁 I got to battle it out on track with some great drivers all while supporting a great cause🤍,” she captioned the post. Brewer has big dreams and some serious goals to reach—here’s what her training and wellness routine looks like.

1. Building Strength

Brewer switched up her workout routine to focus on building strength and muscle. “I´ve had to up it significantly,” she told Behind the Helmet. “I do a combination of a CrossFit-type regimen along with help from the people at PitFit. As a smaller driver at 5’4” and 105 lbs, I need to get my strength up to that of my teammates and competitors who are 150 lbs or so on average. I plan on pushing myself harder in the off-season in order to make sure strength is not an issue.”

2. Endurance Training

Brewer’s training is also heavily focused on endurance. “Racing is much more physical than people think,” she told OK!. “People think you just turn the wheel but it's so much more. There are so many G force, there’s no power steering — it’s the most physical sport I’ve ever done. So there are certain workout routines I do as a race car driver that aren't typical. I do a lot of bodyweight training and a lot of cardio because your endurance is a big deal. I also do grip strength exercises for the wheel. But the best training I can do is track time. It works specific muscles you just can’t hit in the gym.”

3. Inspired By Danica Patrick

The Danica Double - Behind the Scenes with Danica PatrickJonathan Ferrey/Getty Images

Brewer is inspired by Danica Patrick’s success. “We're around the same body build, and if Danica could do it, why can't I?" she told PEOPLE. “I'm a different person [behind the wheel]. I'm super nice off the track, and then as soon as I put my helmet on I'm much more aggressive and different than what people would assume. It's been cool to push myself. I know I can do anything that these guys can do. I know I'm quicker. I know I can do it."

4. Casual Style

Brewer’s personal style is laid back. “It’s very casual, very simple,” she told OK!. “I like to keep things very chic, I like neutral colors. If you look at my page, there are definitely a lot of jeans and black crop tops. Cool and casual. I don't wear anything too extravagant, but I’m trying to get better at that. I’ve been experimenting with my style… I just ordered a Ferrari racing jacket for myself. I actually want to implement that style more into my everyday fashion. And I want to put more fashion into the racing world. I just designed my own racing suit. It’s all white with rainbow chevron. I’m also designing some new merch now.”

5. Proud Role Model

Brewer hopes more women take an interest in the racing world. “I think it's a sport where men and women can compete on a relatively equal level,” she told Behind the Helmet. “Most other sports are so different in physical demand and strength, and motorsports, although holds a differential, still gives us a relatively equal chance and I really think that’s a cool thing, that we have a coed sport that is one of the most followed sports in the world.”

British racing car driver Pippa Mann is poking fun at her job in a social media post. Mann, 40, shared a video of herself wearing leggings and a tank top, sipping from a mug while enjoying the fresh air in her yard. “Grown up job? ❌ Consistent income? ❌ Future planning? ❌ Financial responsibility? ❌ BUT I GET TO DRIVE RACE CARS!!! ✅ (Kids. When your parents tell you to get a real job, they’re perhaps not wrong… 😂😂😂),” she captioned the post. Here’s what Mann’s intense training regimen looks like.

1. Tough Training

Pippa.Mann.3Pippa Mann/Instagram

Mann wants people to know how hard it is to control a race car. “Training to stay in shape for racing requires much more time and effort than I think anyone in the normal population realizes,” she told OrthoIndy. “The running joke about race car drivers of course is that we’re just sitting down, and how hard can it be? The first thing to understand is that you have a continuously elevated heart rate throughout the entire race. Think of the heart rate of someone running or cycling a two to three hour race and how fit his or her cardiovascular system needs to be to cope with that continued exertion. Then you have to add in high heart rate spikes to the equation.”

2. Cardio Sessions

Man,And,Woman,Race,Each,Other,To,Complete,Laps,OfShutterstock

Mann does lots of cardio to keep herself fit for the track. “Under these trying conditions it is vital that you are able to cope, react and make good decisions in fractions of a second to try and give yourself a good outcome,” she told OrthoIndy. “We do a lot of endurance style cardio training and sprint interval cardio training. Adding in reaction or balance work right after these big sprint cardio intervals is one of the ways we help teach our brains and bodies to react while our heart rates are spiking.”

3. Indianapolis Bike Rides

Pippa.Mann.2Pippa Mann/Instagram

When she’s not spinning around a track, Mann enjoys taking her bike out for some exercise in the sunshine. “Beautiful weather today in Indy. Took myself on a little Easter Sunday bike ride for some ice cream! 🍦,” she captioned an Instagram post.

4. Weight Training

Pippa.Mann.4Pippa Mann/Instagram

Weight training is an important part of Mann’s training, as it takes significant strength to drive a racecar. “I train at PitFit Training Indianapolis where we have weighted steering wheels, cross core trainers, a surge 360 machine, tractor tires and battle ropes to pound up and down until our shoulders feel like they are going to explode and our arms feel like they are going to fall off,” she told OrthoIndy. “We also work on grip strength and neck strength fairly regularly as these are both very important muscle groups for drivers.”

5. Kettlebell Workouts

Pippa.Mann.5Pippa Mann/Instagram

Mann uses kettlebells as part of her strength training workouts. “Today’s #MondayMOOD. Brought to you by ‘People of the internet’ 🤣,” she captioned a post mocking society’s expectations for women’s workouts. “Hard work deserves to be rewarded 💪,” a fan commented.

Canadian professional racecar driver Amber Balcaen is reminding fans and followers that the best is yet to come—providing she puts the hard work in. Balcaen, 32, shared pictures of herself wearing black leggings and a matching sports bra, doing a strength training workout at the gym. She also included a picture of the late, great, Kobe Bryant, who is clearly an inspiration for the racer. “Once you see your potential, the work becomes addictive,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Balcaen’s diet, exercise, and wellness routine looks like.

1. Inspired By Danica Patrick

Balcaen is inspired by Danica Patrick and her achievements. “When I saw Danica Patrick in the Cup Series, that made me believe that I could somehow, someday be in the Cup series,” she told ABC News. “It's a lot easier when you see that it's been done before for you to believe in yourself to achieve that as well.”

2. Protein Diet

Balcaen’s diet consists of plenty of protein. “I really try to eat right. As a personal choice I don’t eat beef or pork, but I take time to plan my meals,” she told GladiatHers. “Some of my favorite, healthy things to make are foods that use protein powder. One of my awesome sponsors is 1st Phorm. I use their Phormula-1protein powder to make waffles and muffins. I especially love making the muffins because they’re easy to take on the go with me.”

3. Role Model In Racing

Balcaen is excited for the future, and proud to be a role model. “My goal in general is to inspire and motivate girls and women to be the best people they can be and to follow their dreams whether they want to be a race car driver like me, a singer or a doctor,” she told GladiatHers. “I want to inspire them to let them know that anything is possible when you work hard. I’m an underdog. I don’t come from money. I come from dirt racing.”

4. Stairmaster Workouts

Balcaen’s favorite workout is using the Stairmaster. “Sometimes I like to pick up a weight that’d you normally put on a dumbbell and hold it out and front of me and turn it like I’d turn the wheel of the car,” she told the Winnipeg Free Press. “You need lots of upper-body strength in this sport.”

5. Strength and Endurance

Balcaen works hard to build strength for the track. “Since I’m not as naturally strong as a lot of my male competitors, I spend a lot of time in the gym so that I’m not physically lacking,” she told GladiatHers. “I really focus on my strength and endurance. I need to make sure I’m alert and present at the end of every race. It’s rewarding to put in the time at the gym and see your body react positively.”

She Strength Trains

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
