She’s Thankful
Motsi is extremely grateful for her job and life. “I love what I do and I’m so deeply thankful for it all,” she tells Good Housekeeping. “I see myself as this girl from South Africa who’s been allowed to experience all of these things, and it’s just amazing. I’m living my dream. Nobody said it was going to be easy, but the goal is finding that happiness in the dream you wanted.”
She Uses The Weight Watchers Program
Motsi shared some of her wellness secrets with Good Housekeeping. She uses the Weight Watchers program to help her eat healthily. “I know people sometimes drop out of something like that early on, they start and give up but I’ll have my own WW community so I won’t be alone. I can plan my meals and keep an eye on everything with the help of the myWW+ app.”
She Works With A Trainer
To keep herself in shape, Motsi works with a personal trainer. She shared some of the workouts her trainer has her do with Good Housekeeping. “I got a personal trainer because I needed some motivation. It was really good and she absolutely killed me! Honestly. But we didn’t do cardio. We did more of a bodyweight workout out – it was awful! But you could see the difference very quickly. And that’s what you want when your body is changing.”
She’s Consistent
Motsi makes sure to workout on a regular basis. “It helps me to feel positive,” Motsi explained in an interview. “I work out and you get those endorphins. If you don’t like working out, then just go for a walk. I think it’s so important for your mental health. Obviously, if I’m in a positive vibe I have a different type of energy.”
She Dances
Motsi is a dancer, which makes her qualified to be a judge on Strictly. She shared this video of herself and her co-stars dancing in the studio on Instagram. Motsi captioned the post, “Back in the rehearsal room and it feels SO good! The whole family is buzzing again. 💃🕺 A huge WELCOME to all our brand-new contestants ♥️♥️your journey starts now! 🌟 We’re so glad to be back and gearing up for an unforgettable season.
