MTV’s Georgia Harrison In Bikini Enjoys A “Holiday”

Georgia Harrison is an icon of reality TV. She’s appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, The Challenge, and most famously, Love Island. Georgia is also an activist, especially when it comes to victims of sexual assault and revenge porn. She is currently expecting her first child with her partner, and the couple are currently on their babymoon. Georgia posted some photos of the two of them in the pool on Instagram. She wore a brown halter bikini, showing off her baby bump. Georgia captioned the post, “Our last ever holiday as a two 🥹 I couldn’t be more excited to be going from a couple to a family but I must admit im going to miss this 🤰🏖️💝 I had the best time you really are my best friend 🥹 @jackpstacey.”
She Uses These Products On Her Skin
Georgia shared some of her favorite skincare products in an interview with heatworld. “I love the Garnier Micellar Water, £6 and I love a sheet mask. I always use a jade roller that you keep in the freezer and roll it up and down your face. I actually also love to dermaplane, which is basically an at-home face shaver. I ordered mine from Amazon and it gives you smooth skin and makes your makeup look flawless.”
She Makes Smoothies & Juices
Georgia tells heatworld that she makes smoothies and juices each day. “I’ve got a proper good juicer because I’m a big fan of Jason Vale and I go to his retreats and they teach you how to juice. I also love a smoothie and my go-to at the moment has avocado, dates, almond butter, spirulina, oat milk, a banana and some ice. It’s a proper thick green smoothie and it’s so nice.”
She Loves Hot Yoga
Georgia loves to practice yoga to keep herself in shape. “Hot yoga is something that keeps me on track,” she told heatworld. “I’m going to one called Hot Yoga Essex with my friend later and it’s just so good for releasing toxins from your body and helping you overcome thoughts in your mind. I feel like hot yoga also helped me on SAS because it trained me to get used to being severely uncomfortable.”
She Limits Carbs
Georgia makes sure that she eats a healthy diet. She shared her approach in an interview with Women Fitness. “I try my best to avoid certain carbs such as white bread and pasta,” Georgia says. “My only carb intake (on a good day) would be a healthier option such as sweet potatoes or Quinoa.”
She Cooks

Another way that Georgia ensures that she’s eating healthy is by cooking her own meals. “Me and my best friend Fran Parmen are always cooking healthy recipes together,” she tells Women Fitness. “We’ve been thinking of starting a YouTube channel to show others how to cook clean as it’s really helped Fran along her fitness journey. She’s lost 3 stone!”
