Myleene Klass Stuns In Bikini & Is “Throwing Shade” On Instagram

Myleene Klass has never been afraid to show off her body. If you take a look at her Instagram, you’ll see several revealing photos. Myleene is taking advantage of the summer weather, and recently enjoyed a pool day. She shared a photo on her page of herself in a red patterned bikini, Sketchers baseball cap, and sunglasses. She Boxes
Myleene shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with HELLO! Magazine. One thing she does to keep herself in shape is box. “I want to stay fit for my girls and set an example to them,” Myleene said. “I want to feel strong. I’ve incorporated boxing into the workout because I love how it makes me feel afterwards.”
She Has A Diet She Can Maintain
Myleene makes sure to eat a healthy diet. However, she also has a diet that she can maintain. “What’s the point of dieting your entire life just to fit into those jeans,” she says to HELLO! Magazine. “Then, when that has worked out, it all goes back on again? I just wanted something to be effective and that you can maintain.”
She Loves Yogurt
Myleene shared one of her favorite healthy foods in her interview with HELLO! Magazine. “Yoghurt is always in my fridge,” she says. “I go through fads… at the moment, little pots of yoghurt, big pots of yoghurt, yoghurt on everything. It’s my fad at the minute.”
She Does Resistance Training
Myleene shared the secrets behind her amazing weight loss to Express. She says that she did a lot of resistance training to keep herself in shape. “The goal is to create a calorie deficit,” Myleene explained. “The aim of the game is to therefore keep active. Resistance training instead of cardio not only uses up calories while you workout, but also demands more energy to repair your body once your session is over.”
She Practices Portion Control
Another of Myleene’s diet secrets is watching her portion sizes. She talked about this in her interview with Express. “You’ve got to be realistic. I try and move and I make sure that I watch my portions, that’s what I have to careful with. Definitely watch your carb intake if you want to lose weight.”
