1. Healthy, Organic Diet
“Eat what you love, love what you eat! A healthy diet has always been linked to a healthier well-being! Going organic is the best choice you can make in terms of your diet..😍😍😍🥬 It's nutrition, health and happiness in one!! There is no debate about how good it tastes 😍😍 Food is self-care!! Eat real food, nurture yourself,” Namrata captioned a post on World Food Day.
2. Walking the Dog
Namrata, a dog owner, regularly walks her canine friends. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
3. No Gender Stereotypes
Namrata promotes female equality. "This change is a positive step towards creating a more inclusive society, where individuals are free to explore their paths without being restricted by gender stereotypes or societal expectations. However, there is still a long way to go in terms of achieving gender equality, and it is important to continue to advocate for the rights and empowerment of women,” she told Pinkvilla.
4. Regular Exercise
Namrata understands the importance of exercisew. “I try to stay fit and healthy,” she said in an interview. “I try to exercise and I just want to say that be fit, be healthy that should be your motto.” How much exercise do you need?
