In a recent Instagram post, she modeled some bikinis from Nounou in Ibiza. Naomi wore a black swimsuit in the pool, a pale yellow one on a chaise lounge, and a pale pink ruffled one in the grass. She Indulges Once In A While
Naomi makes sure to eat a healthy diet. However, she also believes in indulging once in a while. Naomi talked about this with The Edit, as reported by Marie Claire. “I’m not extreme about what I eat—I let chocolate and crisps come in. You just have to allow the little things that make you happy.”
She Mixes Up Her Workouts
When it comes to fitness, Naomi believes in mixing things up. “I need to keep doing different things,” she says to Lorraine, as reported by People Magazine. “I have a great trainer called Joe that I love working out with. I also work out here at [London gym] BXR, and kind of a community of trainers that come under Joe that … work with me around the world when I travel, so I get to keep it up. Mostly also, it’s good for your mind.”
She Drinks A Lot Of Healthy Beverages In The Morning
Naomi broke down her daily routine with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that in the mornings, she’ll drink a lot of healthy beverages. “The first thing I do is have hot water with lemon and probiotics,” Naomi revealed. “I’ve never drunk coffee; I don’t like the smell. I’m a tea drinker. If I need it, I will have one cup of green tea. I’m more into herbal tea. After that I get up, take a shower, and then I have another set of drinks—one for the immune system and one with aloe.”
She’s Vegetarian
Naomi talked about her diet and go-to meals with Harper’s Bazaar. “I just became a vegetarian, and I find it a little hard to figure out what to eat,” she says. “So I just bring stuff from home. I went to this place where they teach you how to take care of your body and clean it inside and out. After that I decided I didn’t want to eat pork, chicken, or anything I felt was unhealthy. I never thought I would ever do it. It was just something I decided to do. I don’t know how long it’s going to last, but I feel lighter and just easier.”
She Loves Bodyweight Exercise
Naomi does a lot of bodyweight exercises to keep herself in shape. In an interview with W Magazine, the model was asked what her favorite exercises were. “Yoga and Pilates,” Naomi answered. “I don’t lift weights. I like working with the resistance of my own body weight.”
