Nashville Star Rainee Blake Shares Swimsuit Photo of "Last Chance"

Here are her wellness tips.

Rainee Blake is best known for her role on the show Nashville. She is also a singer and has developed a show about Joni Mitchell. Blake promoted her show in Los Angeles with an Instagram post. Blake captioned the post, "Good morning! Your last chance to see my Joni Mitchell show in LA is this Tuesday 8pm 7/18 ☺️ Tix in bio." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Rainee Blake stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1

She Personalizes Her Show

Blake opened up about developing her one-woman show to Country Town. "For me, those songs from the show, I connect with them so deeply, because I experienced them in a way. I have memories associated with them, so that helps to bring them to life. I do a one-woman Joni Mitchell show as well – and that's the same thing – I play her in character, but I still find my own way to personalise something that isn't experienced. I find that a fulfilling thing to do as a musician."

She Doesn't Box Herself In

When it comes to her sound, Blake doesn't want to limit herself. She told Country Town, "I think genre is important to think about in terms of figuring out your sound, but I think a person's sound and brand can be an amalgamation of genres, so having to pick one, that's never appealed to me."

3

She's Inspired

In an interview with Glam Aidelade, Blake revealed how she got into music. "My mother, and her mother, were both actresses. It's in the blood. My mum, who is an amazing woman, let me grow up in the theatre; she was often acting in plays, film, or tv. It has sort of instilled in me this passion for performing and for Shakespeare. As I started to discover music in my early teens it all stemmed from this desire to be on stage and to connect with people in a way that makes me feel so alive."

4

She Likes the Sunshine

Exposure to the sun provides several benefits to human health. Sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, crucial for bone health, immune function, and overall well-being. It also promotes the release of serotonin, a mood-enhancing neurotransmitter, helping combat depression and boosting mental health. Additionally, sun exposure can improve sleep patterns by regulating the body's circadian rhythm. However, it's essential to balance sun exposure, as excessive sunlight can lead to skin damage and increase the risk of skin cancer. Therefore, responsible sun exposure is key to reaping its benefits while minimizing potential risks.

She Likes to Travel

Travel offers numerous advantages for personal growth and well-being. It broadens your horizons, exposing you to different cultures, perspectives, and experiences, which fosters open-mindedness and empathy. Travel can also reduce stress and enhance mental health by providing a break from routine and allowing for relaxation. It promotes learning, as you gain knowledge about history, geography, and local customs. Moreover, travel encourages independence and problem-solving skills, as you navigate new environments and adapt to unforeseen challenges. Ultimately, traveling enriches your life by creating lasting memories, fostering personal development, and enhancing your overall happiness and satisfaction.
