Natalie Alyn Lind is a successful actress and rising star. She’s known for her roles on The Goldbergs, The Gifted, Tell Me A Story, and Big Sky. In April, she shared a set of photos of herself on Instagram. She captioned the post, “2024’s theme is healing.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Natalie Alyn Lind stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
1. She Separates Work From Personal Life
Lind opened up about her career to Euphoria. She says that she makes sure to connect to her characters and keep them separate from her personal life. “One of the most important goals as an actor is to portray situations and people as accurately as possible. A lot of the content I have been given has been extremely dark, but these are happening in the world. I want to be able to tell stories and show perspective on uncomfortable and scary events. So I try to do as much research going into a project as possible. On Tell Me a Story, I was actually able to meet with a burn victim who talked me through her experiences along with the trauma she has had to face. I was so grateful for her to feel comfortable talking about her life with me. So disassociation can sometimes be difficult, especially after a project ends. But I’m lucky to be surrounded by friends and family who help me through it.”
2. She Takes Advice From Her Family

Lind tells Euphoria that she relies on her family to give her career advice. “Having all four of my family members in the industry is such a blessing. I respect their opinions more than anything in this world. I look for advice daily, whether that be their thoughts on a script or how to handle the industry in general. My mom has always told us, ‘everything happens for a reason.’ Some of the best opportunities I’ve been given have come after something else didn’t work out. Sometimes that’s hard to see at the moment, but remembering that advice in every aspect of my life really helps me.”
3. She Gives Back

Lind tells Euphoria that she likes to support charities. “I’m extremely passionate about giving back. I try to involve myself with as many charities as possible, as well as volunteering whenever the opportunity comes. A few years ago, my family and I were in South Africa and started working with Save the Rhinos Foundation. They’re working to stop rhino poaching and create awareness for the horrible things happening to these animals. It’s inspiring to see a group of people work so hard to achieve one goal, especially when that goal is to help someone/something out.”
4. She Does Stunt Work

For her role on The Gifted, Lind had to do some stunt work. “Before the show started, I had a conversation with our showrunner, and he wanted me to take parkour training before filming,” she told Euphoria. “I’ve always been a very physical person, but stunt training took that passion to the next level. Now I try and train every week to learn different moves and techniques that I can use in life, as well as on set. Training is also the only time I feel like my head is completely clear. I use it as therapy in a way.”
5. She Priorities Her Health
Lind shared in this Instagram post that she is prioritizing her health. “My new year resolution this year was to invest in my mental and physical health. I’ve always been the type to say ‘I'll start tomorrow’ or make up an excuse for having to drive to the gym. That’s why my dream was to create a space in my home where I'm able to relax and better myself. Step one was our sauna, and it genuinely has changed my life. Whether it’s 6AM for 9PM, having a place to sweat it out has given me the best mental clarity I've ever had. Next step, cold plunge.”
